How to assemble the fan?

Attach the support column to the base using the washer and locking screw. Loosen the height adjustment knob, pull the tube to the desired height and tighten. Place the fan head onto the tube and lock with the locking knob.

How to adjust the fan speed?

Turn the speed control knob to the desired position: O = Off, I = Low speed, II = Medium speed, III = High speed.

How to activate oscillation?

Push the oscillation button down to activate head oscillation. To stop, push the button up.

How to tilt the fan head?

Loosen the tilt adjustment knob and the fixing screw. Tilt the head between 0° and 10° backward, then tighten both.

Is the fan safe for children?

The appliance can be used by children aged 8 years and above under supervision. Do not let children play with it. Keep the fan out of reach of children under 8 years and never insert objects into the grilles.

How to clean the fan?

Turn off and unplug the appliance. Clean the grilles with a damp cloth, then dry thoroughly. Use a dry brush or vacuum cleaner to remove dust from the air inlet and outlet grilles.

What to do if the fan does not work?

Check that the plug is inserted and the speed knob is not on 'O'. Ensure the voltage matches 220-240 V. If the problem persists, contact customer service.

What is the warranty of the fan?

The warranty is 2 years from the date of purchase. Keep your receipt. Damages due to improper use or repair by a third party are not covered.

Can I use the fan outdoors?

No, the fan is designed for indoor use only. Do not use it outdoors and protect it from moisture.

Before use make sure to read all of the below instructions in order to avoid injury or damage, and to get the best results from the appliance. Make sure to keep this manual in a safe place. If you give or transfer this appliance to someone else make sure to also include this manual.

In case of damage caused by user failing to follow the instructions in this manual the warranty will be void. The manufacturer/importer accepts no liability for damages caused by failure to follow the manual, a negligent use or use not in accordance with the requirements of this manual.

1. This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved.
2. Children shall not play with the appliance.
3. Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children without supervision.
4. If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent or similarly qualified persons in order to avoid a hazard.
5. Incorrect operation and improper handling can lead to faults on the device and injuries to the user.
6. In the event of improper use or incorrect handling, no liability can be accepted for any damage that may occur.
7. Before you put the plug into the socket, please check that the type of current and mains voltage correspond to the instructions on the nameplate on the underside of the appliance.
8. Do not immerse the unit or mains plug in water or other liquids. There is danger to life due to electric shock!

However, if this should occur, remove the mains plug immediately and then have the unit checked by an expert before using it again.

1. Do not operate the device if the mains cable or the mains plug show signs of damage, if the device has fallen on the floor or has been otherwise damaged. In such cases take the device to a specialist for checking and repair, if necessary.
2. Never remove the mains plug from the socket by pulling on the mains cable, or with wet hands.
3. Ensure that the mains cable does not hang over sharp edges or allow it to become trapped.

11. Never put fingers or any other objects through the fan guards when the fan is running.
12. Never operate the product without the fan guards in place, as serious personal injury may result.
13. The appliance must be assembled completely before use.
14. Watch out for long hair! It can be caught in the fan owing to the air turbulence.
15. Do not point the air flow to the people for a long time.
16. Ensure that the fan is switched off from the supply mains before removing the guard.

ASSEMBLING INSTRUCTIONS

1. Screw off the washer (11) and base locking screw (12) from the standing shaft (9). Attach the standing shaft onto the standing base (10). Place the washer and base locking screw. Rotate the base locking screw to fix the standing shaft firmly.

1. Loosen the height adjustment knob (6) and pull out the height adjustment pipe (5). Tighten the height adjustment knob.
2. Loosen the locking knob (2) on the bottom of the fan head (1). Align and place the fan head onto the top of the height adjustment pipe. Tighten the locking knob to fix the fan head on the top.

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS

1. Plug the power cord into a suitable socket.
2. Oscillation: To make the fan head oscillate, push down the oscillation knob. To stop the fan head from oscillating, pull up the oscillation knob.
3. Tilting Angle: The fan head can lean slightly backwards in a tilt angle from 0^ to 10^ (See below drawings for reference.). Just loosen anticlockwise the knob for adjusting tilt of fan head (3) and the screw for fixing tilt of fan head (4), push the fan guard and make the fan head lean back to your desired angle within the tilt range, then tighten clockwise the knob for adjusting tilt of fan head (3) and the screw for fixing tilt of fan head (4).

1. The fan is switched on by turning the speed control switch, i.e. O = OFF, I = low Speed, II = medium Speed, III = high speed.

CLEANING

1. Before servicing the fan and after each occasion of use, switch off the appliance and unplug the mains cable from the socket.
2. Never immerse the appliance in water (danger of short-circuit). To clean the appliance, only wipe it down with a damp cloth and dry it carefully. Always take out the mains plug first.
3. Take care that excessive dust does not build up in the air-intake and air-outlet grille, and clean it occasionally using a dry brush or vacuum cleaner.
