SAFETY ADVICE AND WAR- NINGS
- CAUTION: Some parts of this product may become very hot and cause burns.
- Pay particular attention when children and vulnerable people are present.
- The appliance must not be placed below a power socket.
- Children under 3 years old must be kept out of reach of the appliance unless they are continuously supervised.
- Children of between 3 and 8 years old may only switch the appliance on or off if it has been
placed or installed in its designated normal working position and if they are supervised or have received instructions relating to the safe use of the appliance and understand the risks the appliance has.
- This appliance can be used by people unused to its handling, disabled people or children aged from 8 years and above if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved.
- Cleaning and user maintenance must not be done by children unless they are supervised
- Children of between 3 and 8 years old may not plug in, adjust or clean the appliance or carry out maintenance operations.
- This appliance is not a toy. Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.

USE AND CARE:
- Fully unroll the appliance's power cable before each use.
- Do not use the appliance if the on/off switch does not work.
- Do not move the appliance while in use.
- Use the appliance handle/s, to catch it or move it.
- Do not use the appliance if it is tipped up and do not turn it over.
- Do not turn the appliance over while it is in use or connected to the mains.
- If you use the appliance in a bathroom or similar place, unplug the appliance from the mains when it is not in use, even if it is only for a short while, as proximity to water involves a risk, even if the appliance is disconnected.
- Disconnect the appliance from the mains when not in use and before undertaking any cleaning task.
- This appliance is for household use only, not
professional or industrial use.
- This appliance should be stored out of reach of children and/or the disabled.
- Keep the appliance in a dry, dust-free place, out of direct sunlight.
- Make sure that dust, dirt or other foreign objects do not block the fan grill on the appliance.
- Never leave the appliance unattended while in use.
- Never leave the appliance connected and unattended if is not in use. This saves energy and prolongs the life of the appliance.
- Do not use the appliance on any part of the body of a person or animal.
- Do not use the appliance with pets or animals.
- Do not use the appliance to dry textiles of any kind.
- WARNING: Do not sleep while using this appliance, as there is risk you could be harmed.
- Turn the thermostat control to the minimum (MIN) setting. This does not mean that the iron is switched off permanently.
SERVICE:
- Make sure that the appliance is serviced only by specialist personnel, and that only original spare parts or accessories are used to replace existing parts/accessories.
- Any misuse or failure to follow the instructions for use renders the guarantee and the manufacturer's liability null and void.
INSTALLATION
- Be sure to remove all packaging material from inside the appliance.
- Ensure that the appliance is level with respect to the floor.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
BEFORE USE:
- Make sure that all the product's packaging has been removed.
- Some parts of the appliance have been lightly greased. Consequently, the first time the appliance is used a light smoke may be detected. After a short time, this smoke will disappear.
- Prepare the appliance according to the function you wish to use.
USE:
- Unroll the cable completely before plugging it in.

Connect the appliance to the mains.
-
Guide the diffuser of the appliance to direct the flow of air in the desired direction.
- Turn the appliance on, by using the function and speed selection control.
- The pilot light (C) comes on.
- Select the function you want the appliance to carry out.
- Select the desired speed.
- Turn the thermostat control to the desired temperature position.
- During use the pilot light (C) will automatically flash on and off, thus indicating that the heating elements are operating in order to maintain the desired temperature.
OSCILLATION FUNCTION:
The oscillation function allows directing the flow of air leaving the device so that it alternately and automatically covers a radius of up to 75^ (Fig.2).
FAN FUNCTION:
- Select the fan position.
- Check that the thermostat button is set to the maximum.
HEAT FUNCTION:
- Select the desired heating power.
- Check that the thermostat control is set to the temperature required
ONCE YOU HAVE FINISHED USING THE APPLIANCE:
- Stop the appliance, selecting position 0 on the speed and function selector.
- Unplug the appliance from the mains.
- Clean the appliance
CARRY HANDLE/S:
- The device has a handle on the upper part so it can be transported easily and comfortably. (Fig. 1).
ANTI-CAPSIZE SAFETY DEVICE
- The appliance has an anti-capsize safety device which disconnects the appliance if the working position is incorrect.
SAFETY THERMAL PROTECTOR:
- The appliance has a safety device, which protects the appliance from overheating.
- When the appliance switches itself on and off repeatedly, for reasons other than the ther-
mostat control, check to ensure that there are no obstacles that impede correct air entry or expulsion.
- If the appliance turns itself off and does not switch itself on again, disconnect it from the mains supply, and wait for approximately 15 minutes before reconnecting. If the machine does not start again seek authorised technical assistance.
CLEANING
- Disconnect the appliance from the mains and let it cool before undertaking any cleaning task.
- Clean the equipment using a damp cloth with a few drops of washing-up liquid and then dry.
- Do not use solvents, or products with an acid or base pH such as bleach, or abrasive products, for cleaning the appliance.
- Do not let water or any other liquid get into the air vents to avoid damage to the inner parts of the appliance.
- Do not submerge the appliance in water or any other liquid, or place it under a running tap.
- NB: When the appliance is used as a heater after long periods in storage or after having been used solely as a fan a small amount of smoke may be produced. This is not important and is due to the heater burning dust deposits which have accumulated on the heating element. This phenomenon may be avoided by cleaning the inside of the appliance beforehand through the grill with a vacuum cleaner or pressurised air.

- Take the appliance to an authorised technical support service if problems arise. Do not try to dismantle or repair without assistance, as this may be dangerous.
