Setting the temperature

" \$ LOW

This setting is for slow heating of food and maintaining the temperature of food. Liquids do not heat rapidly, and little steam is produced. Dishes do not stick or burn, and most dishes do not need to be stirred regularly.

When using the setting "§§", remove the lid as infrequently as possible. When adding ingredients, ensure they are fully prepared. Remove the lid, quickly add the ingredients then replace the lid.

BARTSCHER 900005 - " \$ LOW - 1

NOTE!

By frequently removing the glass lid during heating, the temperature in the ceramic insert is reduced.

"HIGH

This setting quickly heats up the food inside the device and then maintains its high temperature. Using this setting reduces heating time to around half of the time needed for the setting marked "###". It can be necessary to add liquid regularly when using this setting as it more quickly evaporates compared to "###".

" "AUTO

Using this setting the temperature quickly rises like in the case of "\\\$", after which it automatically adjusts to the setting "###".

○ Select the desired temperature setting "###", "###" or "@". The red control light will come on.

BARTSCHER 900005 - ! CAUTION! - 1

WARNING! Hot surface!

When in use, the surface of the outer pot is very hot! Do not touch the outer pot with bare hands, always wear protective kitchen gloves when using the device.

To serve the prepared dishes, remove the lid. Always grasp the glass lid by its handle. Before removing the lid, tip it slightly to allow excessive hot steam to escape.
