How to secure the climbing frame to the ground?

Use the four provided ground anchors (10). Secure the article on all four sides as shown in the assembly instructions (fig. A and D). Make sure the ground is suitable (grass or soft ground).

What is the minimum age and maximum weight to use this product?

The minimum age is 12 months and the maximum user weight is 50 kg. Only one child at a time can use the frame.

Can I install the frame on concrete or asphalt?

No, it is not recommended to install the article on concrete, asphalt or other hard surfaces. Prefer soft ground like grass to ensure stability and safety.

How to maintain and clean the climbing frame?

Clean the article only with water and wipe it with a cleaning cloth. Never use aggressive cleaning products. Store it in a dry, clean place when not in use.

Can I add extensions like a slide or swing?

No, adding additional elements (slides, platforms, etc.) is prohibited. Use only the provided parts for assembly according to the variants shown in the instructions.

How to disassemble the frame?

First remove the ground anchors (10). Use the wrench (9) to remove the screws (8) by turning them a quarter turn counterclockwise. Then disassemble all connectors (1-6) and tubes (7).

What is the warranty period?

The article comes with a 3-year warranty from the date of purchase, covering material and manufacturing defects. Keep the original receipt.

It is recommended to disassemble the article if you do not use it for an extended period. Store it in a dry, clean place at room temperature to avoid weather-related wear.

How many children can use the frame at the same time?

Intended use

This product is a toy for children 12 months of age and older, for private outdoor use only. The product must not be used in public places such as playgrounds, schools, etc.

Safety information

Important: read these instructions for use carefully and keep them in a safe place!

• Due to small parts, the product must be assembled by an adult.
  The product and all of its components must be fully assembled before being given to a child.
  • Children may only play with the product under adult supervision.
• Warning. None of the packaging or fastening materials are part of the toy itself and must be removed for safety reasons before the product is given to children to play with.
• Warning. Only for domestic use.

• The product may only be used by one person at a time.
• Be aware that the product can heat up in intense sunlight.

Preventing damage and injury!

• The product must be assembled by an adult.
• Only assemble the product according to one of the variants in the assembly instructions provided separately. Only then can optimal stability be ensured. The product must not be placed on a different side.
• Keep the instructions for use and the assembly instructions in a safe place for future reference.
• Only the components provided with the product may be used during assembly. Any expansion or addition with other elements, platforms, slides, etc., is prohibited.
• Do not assemble the product near stairs or landings.
• Do not assemble the product on concrete, asphalt or other hard surfaces.

• Ensure there are no sharp-edged or hard objects in the usage area.

• The product should be a suitably safe distance of at least 2m away from buildings, stairs, fences, walls, water, overhanging branches, washing lines, electrical wires and other obstacles.
  • After assembly, the stability of the product must be checked by an adult.

• No technical alterations may be made to the product.
• Dismantle the product when it is no longer in use.

Dangers due to wear and tear!

• Protect the product from extreme temperatures, sun and moisture.
  Improper storage and use of the product could lead to premature wear and tear, which could result in injuries.
• Regularly inspect the product and all screw connections.
  The product can become a hazard if it is not regularly inspected for safety.
• Check the product for damage or wear before each use. Only use the product if it is in perfect condition!

Assembly

This product must always be assembled by an adult.

The separate assembly instructions contain steps for a suitable structure. You can make various structures with the images provided. Only assemble the product according to one of the variants in the assembly instructions provided separately. Only then can optimal stability be ensured. The product must not be placed on a different side. However, make sure to assemble the product as follows:

1. Place each end of the tube (7) onto a connector (1-6) of your choosing (Fig. B).

Note: make sure that the small opening in the tube is exactly over the recess of the connector. Take care not to pinch your fingers when connecting them.

1. Insert one screw (8) into each of the overlapping openings on the connectors and tubes.

2. Insert the key (9) into the screw and make one quarter of a rotation clockwise (Fig. C).

3. Fasten the product to the ground with one ground anchor (10) on each of the four sides (Fig. D).

Dismantling

Dismantle the product if you do not wish to use it for an extended period of time. To do this, follow the steps below:

1. Remove the anchors (10) from the ground.
2. Loosen the screws (8) with the spanner (9) by rotating the screws one quarter of a rotation anti-clockwise.
3. Disconnect all connectors (1-6) and tubes (7).

Storage, cleaning

When not in use, always store the product clean and dry at room temperature.

Clean only with water and wipe dry afterwards with a cloth.

IMPORTANT! Never clean the product with harsh cleaning agents.

Disposal

Dispose of the article and the packaging materials in accordance with current local regulations. Packaging materials such as foil bags are not suitable to be given to children. Keep the packaging materials out of the reach of children.

Dispose of the products and the packaging in an environmentally friendly manner.

The recycling code is used to identify various materials for recycling. The code consists of the recycling symbol

- which is meant to reflect the recycling cycle - and a number which identifies the material.

Notes on the guarantee and service handling

The product was produced with great care and under continuous quality control. DELTA-SPORT HANDELSKONTOR GmbH gives private end customers a three-year guarantee on this product from the date of purchase (guarantee period) in accordance with the following provisions.

The guarantee is only valid for material and manufacturing defects. The guarantee does not cover parts subject to normal wear and tear that are thus considered wear parts (e.g. batteries) or fragile parts such as switches, rechargeable batteries, or parts made of glass.

Claims under this guarantee are excluded if the product has been used incorrectly, improperly, or contrary to the intended purpose, or if the provisions in the instructions for use were not observed, unless the end customer proves that a material or manufacturing defect exists that was not caused by one of the aforementioned circumstances.

Claims under the guarantee can only be made within the guarantee period by presenting the original sales receipt. Please therefore keep the original sales receipt. The guarantee period is not extended by any repairs carried out under the guarantee, under statutory guarantees, or as a gesture of goodwill. This also applies to replaced and repaired parts.

If you wish to make a claim please first contact the service hotline mentioned below or contact us by e-mail. If there is a guarantee case, then the product will be repaired or replaced free of charge to you or the purchase price will be refunded, depending on our choice.
