IMPORTANT READ CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE APPLIANCE. SAVE THESE INSTRUCTIONS.
1- Do not use the appliance with wet hands, in damp environments or on wet surfaces. LIMITED WARRANTY:
The standard warranty period for the hair straighteners we market is 24 months in compliance with European Directive 1999/44/EC. The professional warranty period for hair straighteners that are used at beauty salons and for any other professional purposes is 12 months from the date of purchase. In both cases, the warranty shall be valid upon presentation of the proof of purchase consisting of original invoice or purchase ticket indicating the date of purchase and product type. Such proof must be legible, full and undamaged.
CAUTION
This appliance is designed with a protective coating around the heating coils. When plugged in and operated for the first time, there may be a little momentary smoking. This occurs when the coating around the heating element is heated for the first time. This is not dangerous for the user and does not indicate a defect in the unit. When using the appliance for the first time, keep it working until the smoke dissipates. Smoke dissipates after about 30 seconds.
5D THERAPY is based on the joint action of Ion Plus Technology, Ozone and Far Infrared Heat, ensuring an anti-frizz 2 effect, shine, Ozone is a strong antibacterial agent that eliminates excess sebum and impurities, which clog the capillary pores of the scalp, ensuring they are properly oxygenated. The hair thus grows healthier and stronger from the root and undergoes a true rejuvenation process. The ions help in its molecular reconstruction, eliminating frizziness and making it softer and shinier.
The far infrared heat, emitted in the 5D Therapy hair dryers by the halogen lamp inside them and in the hair straighteners by the tourmall, the material coating the heating plates, guarantees continuous protection. USE INSTRUCTIONS:
- Plug the appliance into the power outlet.

In the ion version, this technology is automatically activated as soon as the hair straightener starts working.
The new ION PLUS technology can be seen from the wires coming out of the ioniser; they make it possible to produce significantly better ionisation compared to hair straighteners without this technology built-in. To be even more effective, the ionisation was moved outside of the product, generating a slight hum when in operation. There are no risks connected with it, nor does it mean that the product is malfunctioning.
TEMPERATURE ADJUSTMENT:
The hair straightener is adjusted digitally and this is shown on the digital display. The heating element is capable of working from 150^ up to 230^ , adjusting itself to any type of hair and style you desire.

AUTO POWER-OFF:
If the hair straightener should remain on by mistake, the auto power-off feature will kick on after 60 minutes; this safety system blocks the supply of current and turns off the hair straightener.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE:
Keep your appliance well maintained in order to ensure the best performance and to extend product life cycle. If kept clean, the heating plates will continue to gild easily through your hair. Heat can cause chemical elements (colours, treatments, mousse, sprays, etc.) to react with the material, resulting in the formation of a black residue on the surface of the appliance from the electrical outlet; let it cool down and then use a stamp cloth to remove any residues from the plates. Do not use particularly aggressive agents on the heating plates of the straighteners. Make sure that the appliance is completely dry before using it.
After use, unplig the power cord and store the appliance in a dry place once cooled. Do not wrap the cable around the appliance. Never hang the appliance by its cable; use the appropriate loop.
