How to turn the scooter on and off?

Press the power button to turn on. To turn off, hold for 3 seconds. When the screen is on, a short press turns the front light on/off, a double click changes the speed mode.

What are the available speed modes?

Three modes: Eco (energy-saving mode, max speed 15 km/h), Standard and Sport (both limited to 20 km/h on the F40D). Sport mode is not faster than Standard on this model.

How to fold the scooter?

Unlock the quick-release lever on the folding mechanism, then fold the handlebar back. Make sure the protective lock is engaged for transport.

What is the actual range of the scooter?

The typical range is about 30 km under ideal conditions (75 kg, 25 °C, 60% of max speed on flat terrain). Factors like weight, temperature, frequent starts, and terrain reduce range.

How to charge the scooter?

Use the supplied charger (70 W, 42 V). Plug it into a wall outlet, then into the charging port located on the battery compartment. Charging time is about 6.5 hours. Do not charge at temperatures below 0 °C or above 40 °C.

What to do if an error code appears?

The key icon (error) and a numeric code are displayed. Consult the manual for the code's meaning. In most cases, restart the scooter. If the error persists, contact after-sales service.

Can I use the scooter in the rain?

The device is certified IPX5, resistant to water splashes. Avoid immersion and heavy rain. Do not wash with a high-pressure cleaner. After use in rain, dry the scooter with a cloth.

What tire pressure do you recommend?

The recommended pressure is between 50 and 55 psi (3.4 - 3.8 bar). Check regularly with a suitable pump. Under-inflated tires reduce range and increase risk of punctures.

How to maintain the scooter?

Clean with a damp cloth, check tire pressure, tighten screws if necessary. Store in a dry place between -10 °C and 50 °C. Do not store the battery discharged for long periods.

What is the warranty and where to find spare parts?

The legal warranty applies. For spare parts (tires, charger, battery, etc.), contact an authorized dealer or Segway customer service. Keep your proof of purchase.

Dashboard & Power Button

Power Button: Press the button to turn on; press and hold the button for 3 seconds to turn off. When the KexScocker is on, press the button to turn off off the rear light and the rear light and press twice to switch between the speed modes.
Speedometer: It displays the current speed of the scooter, as well as error codes
Walk Mode: Max spot is 3 km/h (2.1 mp)
F25E / F30E / F40E. The headlight and rear light keep flashing and can't be turned off
F20D / F30D / F40D: he headlight and rearlight are always on and can't be burned off.
