- The appliance must be taken out of the reach of children.
- This appliance may be used by children from 8 years up and by persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capacity or lack of experience or knowledge provided that good monitoring is ensured or they have received instructions regarding the safe use of the appliance and they have understood the related risks.
- Children should not play with the appliance.
- Cleaning and maintenance must not be carried out by unattended children.
- The appliance is intended for internal use only or in any case protected from weathering such as rain, direct radiation of the sun and dust.
- The appliance must not be used inside barns, stables and similar environments.
- The appliance must not be used in environments where flammable fumes or explosive powders may be present.
- WARNING: the lamps in this appliance cannot be replaced. Scrap the appliance when the lamps cease to operate.
- This appliance contains batteries that are non-replaceable.
- The battery must be removed from the appliance before it is scrapped (see “Battery” paragraph it the “Instruction for use” section).
- The battery is to be disposed of safely (see DISPOSAL section).
- The appliance must only be supplied at safety extra low voltage corresponding to the ratings on the appliance (5V DC).
- WARNING: for the purposes of supplying the appliance or of recharging the battery, only use the detachable supply unit provided with this appliance.

- WARNING: the detachable supplied unit supplied with the appliance is intended to be used only with this appliance; do not use it for other uses. - Do not use the appliance if batteries seems damaged (for instance: in case of strange smell or deformation of the appliance). Contact a service center approved by the manufacturer.
- Warning: the lamp heats up during use.
- DO NOT PUT ANY METALLIC OBJECTS OR PARTS OF THE BODY (f.i. fingers, hair etc.) THROUGH THE EXTERNAL GRID OF PROTECTION.

It is forbidden for the children to play with the device.
This device must be used only for the purpose it was expressly designed; any use not complying with the instructions contained in the manual is considered inappropriate and dangerous. The manufacturer is not responsible for possible damages caused by the inappropriate and/or unreasonable use.
This device is NOT suitable to use it in an explosive environment (in the presence of flammable substances such as gas, vapor, mist or dust, in atmospheric conditions when, after ignition, the combustion is spread in the air).
The packing materials (plastic bags, expanded polystyrene, etc.) must be kept out of the reach of children or disabled persons since they represent potential sources of danger.
After removing the packaging, check the appliance for any signs of damage. In case of visible damage, do not use it and contact a qualified technician.
DO NOT use or store the device near heat sources (heaters, stoves etc.).
DO NOT use the device near gas stoves or open flames in general.
DO NOT dip the device in water or other liquids.
Plug and unplug the power cable with dry hands and hold it firmly.
Avoid placing the power cable on abrasive or sharp surfaces or in positions where it can be damaged easily.
DO NOT obstruct totally nor partially the air vents or inserts objects inside.
During the use the device must be keep at a safety distance from any object and/or flammable or potentially explosive substance.
In case of a breakdown or malfunctioning of the appliance, disconnect it at once. Do not attempt to repair it, but take it to a service centre approved by the manufacturer. Avoid carrying out operations which are not specified in this manual (such as disassembling and/or altering).
Always remember to unplug the power cable of the device if it is not used for a long period, before storing, cleaning or performing any maintenance operation.
The use of any electrical appliance requires the observance of certain fundamental rules, in particular: do not touch the appliance with wet or damp hands; do not use the appliance with bare feet; do not leave the appliance exposed to atmospheric agents (rain, sun); do not subject it to shocks.
Store and use the device only indoor or in any case protected from weathering such as rain, direct radiation of the sun and dust.
DO NOT cover the device during functioning.
WARNINGS ABOUT BATTERIES
- KEEP BATTERIES OUT OF THE REACH OF CHILDREN.
Swallowing can lead to chemical burns, perforation of soft tissue, and death. Severe burns can occur within 2 hours of ingestion. Seek medical attention immediately.
- Do not allow children to replace batteries.
- Always insert batteries correctly with regard to polarity (+ and -) marked on the battery and the equipment.
- Do not short-circuit batteries.
- Do not charge batteries.
- Do not force discharge batteries.
- Do not mix new and used batteries or batteries of different types or brands.

Exhausted batteries should be immediately removed from equipment and properly disposed of.

Do not dispose of batteries in fire.

A lithium battery with a damaged container should not be exposed to water.

Do not encapsulate and/or modify batteries.

Store unused batteries in their original packaging away from metal objects. If already unpacked, do not mix or jumble batteries.

Remove batteries from equipment if it is not to be used for an extended period of time unless it is for emergency purposes.

Clean the battery contacts and also those of the equipment prior to battery installation.

In case of leak from batteries, avoid any contact with it; in case of contact, wash the affected part with water and seek medical attention.

(EN) INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Battery charging
To charge battery:
- switch off the appliance;
- connect the USB cable (9) to the USB socket (4);
- connect the other connector of the USB cable to the detachable supply unit (10);
- Connect the detachable supply unit (10) to the mains.
While charging, the charging led (6) will be red.
When charging is complete, the charging led (6) will be green.
Full charging time: 3-4 hours.
When charging is complete, disconnect the detachable supply unit (10) from the mains and disconnect the USB cable (9).
Battery duration (indicative):
- 5 hours (only lamp);
- 7 hours (only bag zapper);
- 3 hours (lamp + bag zapper).
Bug zapper button (3)
Push this button to switch on the bug zapper. The actinic lamp will light on.
Press this button again to swtch off the bug zapper.
Ecological mosquito net has a special actinic light, completely harmless, attracting insects which are electrocuted when they touch the internal electrical grid.
Hang up the appliance at a height not less than 2 metres above the ground or place the appliance on a flat, stable surface.
Position the appliance at a distance of at least 2 meters away from people to prevent insects from making disturbing noise before being captured.
It is better to avoid turning the lamp in the direction of doors, windows or other openings to the outside so as to avoid attracting other unwanted insects.
Keep the appliance on during the night to exert a real disinfestations of the insects.
Lamp button (4)
Push this button to set the working mode of the led lamp: off, high brightness, low brightness, blink.
Batteries
The appliance contains a Lithium rechargeable battery (type 18650 Li-ion 3,7V 1800 mAh). Remove the batteries from the appliance before its disposal, by following instructions:
Note: these operations shall be conducted by a qualified technician:
- The appliance must be disconnected from the supply mains when removing the battery;
- Make sure that the batteries are full discharged;
- Make sure that the high voltage grid (5) is discharged, by using an insulated screwdriver;
- Remove the rubber tops from the screw sites on the cover.

- Cut the battery cables.
WARNING, CUT ONE CABLE AT A TIME. CABLES MUST NON TOUCH TOGETHER.
- Remove the battery;
- Dispose the battery and the appliance as described it the DISPOSAL section.
(EN) MAINTENANCE
Disconnect the detachable supply unit from the mains and switch off the appliance before carrying out any cleaning and maintenance operations.
For the cleaning of the electrified grid use the small brush supplied with the appliance, while for the external grid use a soft, slightly damp cloth. Carry out this operation approximately every 15 days. Do not use petrol, alcohol, insecticide or any other chemical product to clean the appliance. When cleaning the product, this must be carried out with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use any substances, liquids or excessively wet cloths; in the case of any infiltration into the appliance, it could cause irreparable damage.
NEVER IMMERSE THE APPLIANCE IN WATER.

Do not dispose the batteries with domestic waste. The batteries must be disposed of in the appropriate containers or in the specific collecting centre. USER INFORMATION
"Implementation of Directive 2012/19/EU on Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE)", pertaining to reduced use of hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment, as well as to waste
disposal".The symbol of the crossed-out wheelie bin on the equipment or on its packaging indicates that the product must be disposed of separately from other waste at the end of its service life.
The user must therefore take the dismissed equipment to suitable separate collection centres for electrical and electronic waste.
For more details, please contact the appropriate local authority.
Suitable segregated collection of the equipment for subsequent recycling, treatment or environmentally-friendly disposal helps prevent damage to the environment and to human health, and encourages the re-use and/or recycling of the materials that make up the equipment.
Abusive disposal of the product by the user shall result in the application of administrative fines in accordance with the laws in force.
(EN) GUARANTEE
Terms and Conditions
The guarantee is valid for 24 months.
This guarantee applies only if it has been duly filled in and is submitted with the receipt showing the date of purchase.
The guarantee covers the replacement or repair of parts making up the appliance which were faulty at source due to manufacturing faults.
After the guarantee has expired, the appliance will be repaired against payment.
The manufacturer declines any responsibility for damage to persons, animals or property due to misuse of the appliance and failure to observe the directions contained in the instructions.
Limits
All rights under this guarantee and any responsibility on our part will be voided if the appliance has been:
- mishandled by unauthorized persons
- improperly used, stored or transported.
The guarantee does not cover damage to the outward appearance or any other that does not prevent regular operation.
If any faults should be found despite the care taken in selecting the materials and in creating the product, or if any information or advice are required, please contact your local dealer.
