What should I do if my camera does not turn on?

Check that the batteries are correctly installed and in good condition. Make sure the polarity (+/-) is correct. If the problem persists, reinstall the batteries or try new ones.

The camera does not take photos or record videos, why?

Check that the microSD card is properly inserted, is Class 10, and works on another device. If necessary, format the card in the camera via the 'Format memory card' menu.

How to improve motion detection?

Make sure the camera is not behind a window. Set detection sensitivity to 'High' in settings. Check that the detection angle (120°) is unobstructed.

Why does night vision not work?

Night vision requires sufficiently charged batteries. If the battery level is below 1/3, the function stops automatically. Replace the batteries with new ones.

How to set up recording for a specific time period?

Enable the 'Target recording duration' function in the menu. Set the desired operating time period. Note: This function is incompatible with 'Timelapse' mode.

What if the memory card is full?

Enable 'Endless capture' mode so the camera automatically overwrites the oldest files. Otherwise, format the card or transfer files to a computer.

How to protect my camera with a password?

In the menu, enable 'Password protection' and set a code. This password will be required to access settings or view files.

What type of memory card should be used?

Some Tips Before Everything

After you turn the switch from „TEST“ to „ON“, you will observe a countdown from 15s to 1s, then the screen will shut down. This is completely normal. You can walk in front of the camera to check if it takes photos and videos.
Do not dip the camera in water.
The camera can work under up to +70^ but please keep the camera far enough from re to protect the ba eries.
Alkaline batteries are recommended because alkaline batteries are able to provide strong and stable power to the camera.
Please don't mix old batteries and new batteries.
If a DC 6V power adapter is used to supply the camera with power, please make sure there are no barries in the camera in order to prevent overcharge.

(1) For example, you set the video length of 1 minute and the shot lag of 30 seconds. When the camera detects an animal, it will start to record a video which is 1 minute. However, the camera will not detect con nuously. When the video is

done, the camera will not detect immediately. It will detect again 30 seconds a er the video in order to save ba ery.

(2) „Target Recording Time" is equivalent to a Timer. The camera only works within the set me period.
(3) If you use several cameras at the same me and you want to recognize which camera took which photos and videos, se ng up a serial number could help you. The serial number will be visible on the bo om right of the photos and videos.

FAQ

1. I can't turn on my camera!

Please check the voltage of the ba eries.
Please check if the polarity of the ba eries is correct.

1. Why doesn't the camera record during the night but it works well during day me?

Please check the battery level of the camera. If the battery is low (1/3 of the full ba ery), the night vision func on will automa cally shut down. Please change the ba eries then the night vision func on will work again.

1. My „Target Recording Time“ func on doesn’t work!

Please check if you have also turned on the „Time Lapse" func on and deac vate it if necessary.
