For assistance or additional information, contact a qualied technician, help desk, or sales address.ENG-2 Important safety instructions When using this electrical appliance, basic precautions should be followed to reduce the risk of re, electric shock, and injury to person, including the following: - This heater must be used on an AC supply only and the voltage marked on the heater must correspond to the supply voltage. - Do not switch the appliance on until it properly installed as described in this manual. - The heater must not be located immediately below a socket outlet. - Keep furniture, curtains and other ammable material at least 1 meter away from the appliance. - Do not leave the appliance unattended during use. - Do not leave the appliance unattended whilst connected to the mains supply. - This appliance is intended for household use and should not be used for industrial purposes. - Do not operate this appliance with a damaged plug or cord, after a malfunction or after being dropped or damaged in any way. From time to time, check the cord for damage. Never use the appliance if the cord or any part of the appliance shows signs of damage. - Do not operate with a damaged cord. - Repairs to electrical appliances should only be performed by a qualied electrician. Immediately call a qualied service technician to inspect and to replace any part of the electrical system if necessary. - Keep little children away before and during installation. Be aware that the little children do not be in contact with the parts. - The electric replace can be installed almost anywhere in your home. Please, read and follow the instructions carefully by choosing a location. For the best result, install the electric replace not in direct sunlight. Installation - It’s recommended at least 2 or more people install the replace. - Do not switch the appliance on until it properly installed as described in this manual. - Please note that before the electric replace will be installed on the wall, care must be taken not to damage concealed cables. - The electric replace should be located close to a suitable mains socket to enable connection. The electrical socket must be easily accessible to allow disconnection.ENG-4 Operating instructions This appliance can be operated by both remote control and manual button. Once the unit has been properly connected to an earthed electrical outlet, turn on the main switch located on the left hand side of the appliance. A beep should be heard when the power is rst applied. Operating by Manual Button - Manual on/o switch: This switch turns heater on/o, and permit/prohibits use of remote and panel push buttons. - Flame button: By pressing the ame eect button the unit will cycle through three ames. - Heater button: Press once turns 1000W power on. Press again turns 2000W power on. - Thermostat setting: The knob is marked with numbers to indicate the maximum and minimum temperature positions. Start with setting 9 and to decrease the temperature turn knob to left to a lower setting. To increase the temperature, turn knob to right to a higher setting. Operating by Remote Handset - Make sure the battery are installed properly in the remote control. - The eective range of the remote control is up to 4 meters or 13 feet. - Power On/O button: Press once turns appliance on. Press again turns appliance o. - Flame eect button: The re has three ame eects, by pressing the ame eect button the unit will cycle through each eect. - High button: Press once turns 2000W heater on. Press again turns 2000W heater o. - Low button: Press once turns 1000W heater on. Press again turns 1000W heater o. - Back light button: The re has three back light eects, by pressing the back light button the unit will cycle through each eect.ENG-5 Maintenance

Warning: Before any maintenance and/or cleaning the exterior of the replace, disconnect the unit from

the power supply and leave until cooled o. Remote Handset Battery Replacement: Replace with two AAA batteries. Make sure the batteries are installed correctly in the remote control. Maintenance of Motors: The motors used on the fan and ame eect are pre-lubricated for extended bearing life and require no further lubrication. However, periodic cleaning/vacuuming of the fan/heater unit is recommended. Resetting the Thermal Cutout Switch: The appliance is tted with an Electronic Safety Control (E.S.). This is a safety device, which switches o the re if, for any reason, the appliance overheats, e.g. when covered. If the heater stops operating whilst the ame eect continues normally, this indicates that the E.S. Control is in operation. The E.S. Control can only be re-set after the appliance has cooled down, in order to re-set the E.S. Control proceed as follows: - Switch o the appliance (Manual On/O switch) and leave for approximately 10-15 minutes. - Remove any obstruction to the fan heater outlet or fan blades etc. Make sure that the power supply is disconnected at the plug socket outlet whilst you do this. - Switch on appliance and the E.S. Control will re-set. - Ensure that the appliance is functioning correctly. Cleaning the replace You can clean the exterior of the replace with a soft, damp, lint-free cloth. Do not use cleaning or polishing products. To remove ngerprints or other remarks on the front glass panel, use a soft, damp, lint-free cloth with a good quality household glass cleaner. The front glass panel should always be completely dried with a clean, lint-free cloth or paper towel. Caution: Do not use abrasive cleaners on the glass panel. Do not spray liquids directly onto any surface of the unit.
