Download the EnerGenie Smart app on your smartphone, create an account, plug in the socket, then follow the app instructions to pair it via Wi-Fi. Make sure your Wi-Fi network is 2.4 GHz.

Can I control each socket individually?

Yes, the EGSSWS301 model has 3 independent channels. You can turn on/off each socket separately via the app or the physical buttons on the device.

Is this socket compatible with Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant?

Yes, it is compatible with Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant. Simply add the EnerGenie Smart skill or action in your chosen voice assistant.

How to reset the socket to factory settings?

Press and hold the physical button of the corresponding socket for about 10 seconds until the indicator flashes quickly. This will reset the Wi-Fi connection and settings.

Does the socket have a timer or scheduling function?

Yes, via the app you can create schedules, timers, and scenarios to automate your devices as needed.

What is the maximum power supported by each socket?

Each socket supports up to 16 A and 3680 W (under 230 V). Do not exceed this limit to avoid any risk of overload.

Can I use this socket outdoors?

No, the protection rating is IP20, which means it is designed only for indoor use, away from moisture and water splashes.

What to do if the app does not find the socket?

Check that your phone is connected to the 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network, that the socket is powered on and the indicator is flashing. If the problem persists, reset the socket (see question 4) and try again.

Is there an energy consumption monitoring?

No, the EGSSWS301 model does not have an energy monitoring function. It only allows on/off control and scheduling.

Can I connect multiple EGSSWS301 blocks to the same account?

REMOTE CONTROLLER

• Install the provided battery in the remote control's battery compartment, making sure the polarity of the battery is correct.
• Plug a receiver socket in wall power socket, then LED indicator will be lighted up. And LED flashes one time per second. If LED won't flash, please press and hold the ON-OFF button on the socket for 3 seconds until the LED indicator begins to flash. The socket is ready to be connected to the remoter.
• Press and hold the ON button you have chosen for 2 seconds on the remoter. The LED on the socket will begin to flash rapidly and then stop, the socket is connected successfully.

- Repeat above last two steps, choosing a different ON button on the remoter for each socket.

- To check that connection has been successful, press the relevant 'ON' and 'OFF' buttons; the LED on the socket will be switched on and off.

OPERATION

• Plug the device you want to remotely operate in a receiver.
• Press the relevant ON or OFF button on the remoter to operate the plug or
• Directly press ON-OFF button on the receiver to operate the receiver socket.
• Press ALL ON or ALL OFF button on the remoter to operate all of receiver sockets

HOW TO DECODE

• Press ON-OFF button on receiver for 3 seconds. After the LED flashes from quickly to once per second, decoding is successful.
• Press ALL OFF switch on remoter for 3 seconds. After the LED flashes from quickly to once per second, decoding is successful.

TROUBLE SHOOTING

If the socket does not respond to the remoter operation, it can be due to:

• Low battery on the remote – Replace it.
  • Distance too large between the remoter and the receiver.
• The pressing time on buttons must be at least 2 seconds.
