FLAMA shall not be liable for any use that is not in accordance with the instrucons. Please check that the supply voltage of your home electrical system corresponds to the voltage on the appliance’s rang plate. This appliance must be connected to an earthed socket. Please check that the circuit breaker to which the appliance will be connected is at least 10A. This appliance was designed for household, indoor use only. This appliance is intended for households and similar uses, such as: - Sta kitchen areas in stores, workshops and other working environments; - Coages; - Guests of hotels, motels and other residenal environments; - Hotel room-type environments. This appliance may be used by children aged 8 and over and persons with physical, sensory or mental disabilies or lack of experience and knowledge if they have received supervision or instrucon concerning the safe use of the appliance and understand the risks involved. Children should be supervised to ensure they do not play with the appliance. The appliance is not intended to be operated using an external mer or separate remote control system. The appliance must never be used near ammable or combusble materials. Never leave the appliance unaended. Do not cover the appliance while it is switched on. Do not disassemble the appliance. The appliance must only be used for cooking food. Using it for other purposes may cause irreparable damage. Never immerse the appliance in water or any other liquid.

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS Before rst use Take the appliance and accessories out of the box. Remove sckers, protecve lms, or plasc from the appliance, except for the technical data plate. Before using the appliance for the rst me, clean all removable parts with a damp cloth. Never use abrasive products. Place the fat collecon tray under the fat drain. Insert the control box on the temperature control connecon into the cooking plate. Plug the power plug into a wall socket. When you turn on the appliance for the rst me, it will produce a slight odor. This odor is normal and only temporary, it will disappear in a few minutes. Make sure the area is well venlated. Use Place the grill on a level, stable, and reproof surface in an appropriate locaon. Lightly grease the cooking plate with a lile vegetable oil. Turn the temperature control to the highest temperature and let the cooking plate heat up for a few minutes unl the indicator light turns o. Use the temperature control to set the desired temperature, depending on the food you want to cook. The thermostat constantly regulates the temperature. During use, the indicator light will turn on and o; this is normal and means that the temperature is constantly being adjusted. Never use metallic or sharp objects with the cooking plate, as this will damage the non-sck coang.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

WARNING! Use the handles to transport the grill, but only aer it has cooled completely to avoid burns. Damage risk! Incorrectly cleaning the grill, the cooking plate, the fat collecon tray, and other parts may damage the grill. Do not aempt to wash the grill in the dishwasher. Never aempt to wash the grill by submerging it in liquid and do not use a steam cleaner. Do not use aggressive cleaning products, such as alkaline or bleach-based cleaning products and sharp or metallic cleaning tools, such as knives, hard scrapers, or similar. Before cleaning, unplug the appliance from the wall socket and wait unl it cools down completely. Never pour cold water on the hot plate as this will damage the appliance and may cause splashes of hot water. Remove and empty the fat collecon tray aer each use and wash in warm soapy12 www.ama.pt water. Clean the appliance with a damp cloth. Never use aggressive and abrasive cleaning products, metal scourers, or steel wool as they may cause damage. Never immerse the appliance or control box in water or any other liquid. The appliance is not suitable for the dishwasher.

ANOMALIES AND REPAIR

In case of malfuncon, please take the appliance to an authorized Technical Assistance Service. Do not aempt to disassemble or repair the appliance, as this may be dangerous.

PROTECTING THE ENVIRONMENT

This symbol indicates the separate collecon of electrical and electronic equipment. The main objecve of the separate collecon of this waste is to reduce the quanty to be disposed of, promote re- use, recycling and other forms of recovery in order to reduce its negave eects on the environment. 1. Keep the proof of purchase (receipt) for this

product carefully. When a repair is made under these condions, the technician will require proof of purchase. This assistance can only be provided once you have proven, with the proof of purchase, that your appliance is within the warranty period.

2. The warranty period for this appliance is dened

by the respecve EU Direcve in force on the date of purchase/delivery.

3. Within the guarantee period, we will repair or

replace, free of charge, any parts which, during the normal use of the appliance, have deteriorated as a result of a proven material or manufacturing defect.

4. This warranty does not cover consumable items,

light bulbs, easily breakable parts made of glass or plasc, or any other defects that do not impair its proper funconing.

5. We accept no liability for damage caused by

incorrect or careless use of the appliance, by its connecon to an electrical current other than that indicated on the appliance’s rang plate, by faulty electrical installaon, or by atmospheric, chemical or electrochemical causes. Other claims or demands for compensaon relang to objects which are not an integral part of the appliance will be denied.

6. The provision of assistance under warranty does not

extend the warranty period. Only within this period will assistance be provided under warranty. The right to assistance is only granted to the rst purchaser of the device and cannot be transferred to a third party.

7. The warranty expires when unauthorized persons

have aempted to repair, modify or replace parts of the appliance.

8. All expenses and risks of transportaon to our

factory or vice versa will always be borne by the buyer.
