Press the main button to turn on the device. It turns off automatically after a few minutes of inactivity. To turn off manually, hold the button pressed for 3 seconds.

When the thermometer is on, briefly press the mode button (often labeled '°C/°F') to toggle between the two units. The displayed value changes instantly.

Can I leave the probe in the meat while cooking?

Yes, the ITH20 is designed for continuous use during cooking. The stainless steel probe is heat resistant. However, avoid exceeding 300 °C.

How to replace the thermometer battery?

Open the compartment on the back of the thermometer using a small screwdriver or a coin. Remove the old CR2032 battery, insert the new one respecting polarity (+ facing up), then close.

What to do if the screen displays 'LO' or 'HI'?

'LO' indicates that the measured temperature is below -20 °C, and 'HI' that it exceeds 300 °C. Remove the probe from the extreme area and let it return to room temperature.
