IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS Please read these instructions carefully before using the appliance, and always follow the safety and operating instructions. Important: This appliance can be used by children over 8 years old and people with reduced physical, sensory or mental capacities or with a lack of experience or knowledge if they have been given supervision or instructions concerning the safe use of the appliance and the risks involved. Pour the dough evenly into the notches of the bottom baking plate but not all the way to the edges and close the appliance. Press the lid down for a moment to spread the dough evenly on the baking plate. Do not overfill as dough might come out of the appliance. Bake until golden brown. If necessary, you can adapt the temperature setting during use by turning the thermostat. When the waffles are ready, remove them with a plastic or wooden spatula. Never use any sharp or metallic objects, as this might damage the non-stick coating of the baking plates. When you have finished baking, turn the thermostat to position "1", unplug the appliance and leave it open so that the baking plates can cool down. Beat the whites properly for a stiff foam and mix together with creamy mixture. Bake until golden brown (about 2 to 4 minutes). CLEANING Before cleaning, unplug and wait for the appliance to cool down. Wipe the outside only with a slightly moistened cloth ensuring that no moisture, oil or grease enters the cooling slots.
