IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS
When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions should always be followed including the following:
- Read all instructions carefully before you use the appliance.
- Always disconnect the appliance from the supply if it is left unattended and before assembling, disassembling or cleaning

This appliance shall not be used by children. Keep the appliance and its cord out of reach of children.

If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent or similarly qualified persons in order to avoid a hazard.

Switch off the appliance and disconnect from supply before changing accessories or approaching parts that move in use.

This appliance is intended to be used in household and similar applications such as :

– by clients in hotels, motels and other residential type environments;

Read all instructions carefully before you use the appliance.

To protect against risk of electrical shock do not put the hand mixer in water or other liquid.

Do not operate the hand mixer with wet hands.

Unplug from outlet when it is not in use, before putting on or taking off parts, before moving the appliance or adding the food, and before cleaning.

Keep hands, hair, clothing, as well as spatulas and other utensils away from the beaters during operation to reduce the risk of injury to persons, and/or damaged to the mixer.

Remove beaters from the hand mixer before washing them.
-
Do not continuously operate the mixer too long. The motor may overheat. The continuous operating time must be less than 5 minutes.

Do not use the appliance to mix too stiff or too sticky ingredients.

The use of attachments not recommended or sold by the
manufacturer may cause fire, electric shock or injury.
21.Do not let cord contact hot surface, including the stove.
22.Do not let cord hang over edge of the table or counter.
- Do not operate the appliance with a damaged cord or plug or after the appliance malfunctions, or is dropped or damaged in any manner. Return appliance to the nearest authorized service facility for examination, repair or electrical or mechanical adjustment.

| 5FOLD or MIX | This is a good starting speed for bulk and dry foods such as flour (Maximum 1376g, proportion: 800g flour per 576g water), butter and potatoes, and for mixing cakes, cookies and quick breads, and for beating eggs. |
Note 1: Use the kneading beaters to mix thick sticky flour; use the egg beaters to beat eggs.
Note 2: For the thick sticky food (such as flour), it is recommended, in order to avoid splashing the mixture about, that the food should be blended using the lowest speed “1” for 30 seconds when starting to blend it; after that using the highest speed “5” until desired consistency is achieved.
USING YOUR HAND MIXER
-
Fit the kneading beaters (10) or egg beaters (9) to the beater holes.(refer to the beater markings). The beater with the end washer should be fitted into the large hole and the other for the small one.

Plug in the appliance.
-
Hold the mixer handle. Lower the kneading beaters or egg beaters into ingredients.
-
Switch on and select the speed desired (5). The mixer begins to mix the ingredients in the container.
-
When you have finished mixing, stop the mixer by pushing the speed control to "0" immediately.

Wait until the kneading beaters or egg beaters have stopped revolving, press the ejector knob (4) to remove the kneading beaters or egg beaters "Switch off the appliance before changing accessories or approaching which move in use."

- Unplug the appliance when you have finished mixing. Clean the kneading beaters or egg beaters with water. Make them dry, store in the box together with the main body.
CLEANING
- Unplug the appliance from outlet before cleaning and maintenance.
- Wash the Kneading beaters and egg beaters with water after using.
Warning: Do not immerse the motor unit in water or other liquid. Only clean it by dry cloth.
Caution: Do not use chemical, steel, wooden or abrasive cleaners to clean the unit to prevent the gloss loss.
3. Dry thoroughly before storage.
