How to insert the whisks into the mixer?

Insert the whisks into the designated holes until they click into place. Use the whisk for egg whites (thin) or the whisk for dough (thick) as needed.

What is the maximum continuous use time?

For speeds 1 to 5, do not exceed 5 minutes of continuous use. For turbo speed, do not exceed 1 minute. Allow the appliance to cool down between uses.

How to use the turbo function?

During operation, press the turbo button for maximum power. Release it to return to the selected speed. Warning: maximum duration of 1 minute.

How to clean the whisks?

Unplug the appliance, remove the whisks by pressing the eject button. Wash the whisks with soapy water, dry them thoroughly before storing. Never immerse the mixer body in water.

Can I mix hard foods?

No, the whisks are not designed for very hard foods (such as bones or very hard nuts). Use the appliance only for suitable preparations (dough, creams, eggs, etc.).

What to do if the mixer stops working?

First check the power supply. If the cable is damaged or the appliance has been dropped, do not use it. Entrust the repair to a qualified technician.

IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS

When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions should always be followed including the following:

11. Do not use the appliance to mix too stiff or too sticky ingredients.

MIXING GUIDE:

SPEED DESCRIPTION
1WHIP	For cooked icings, whipping cream. etc
2-3CREAM	For creaming butter and sugar. Beating uncooked candy. desserts. etc.
4BLEND	Best speed to start liquid ingredients for mixing salad dressings.
5FOLD or MIX	This is a good starting speed for bulk and dry foods such as flour (Maximum 1376g, proportion: 800g flour per 576g water), butter and potatoes, and for mixing cakes, cookies and quick breads, and for beating eggs.

Note 1: Use the kneading beaters to mix thick sticky flour; use the egg beaters to beat eggs.

Note 2: For the thick sticky food (such as flour), it is recommended, in order to avoid splashing the mixture about, that the food should be blended using the lowest speed “1” for 30 seconds when starting to blend it; after that using the highest speed “5” until desired consistency is achieved.

USING YOUR HAND MIXER

1. Fit the kneading beaters (10) or egg beaters (9) to the beater holes.(refer to the beater markings). The beater with the end washer should be fitted into the large hole and the other for the small one.

2. Plug in the appliance.

3. Hold the mixer handle. Lower the kneading beaters or egg beaters into ingredients.

4. Switch on and select the speed desired (5). The mixer begins to mix the ingredients in the container.

5. When you have finished mixing, stop the mixer by pushing the speed control to "0" immediately.

6. Wait until the kneading beaters or egg beaters have stopped revolving, press the ejector knob (4) to remove the kneading beaters or egg beaters "Switch off the appliance before changing accessories or approaching which move in use."

1. You can press "Turbo" control (6) to accelerate the speed during mixing.
2. Unplug the appliance when you have finished mixing. Clean the kneading beaters or egg beaters with water. Make them dry, store in the box together with the main body.

CLEANING

1. Unplug the appliance from outlet before cleaning and maintenance.
2. Wash the Kneading beaters and egg beaters with water after using.

Warning: Do not immerse the motor unit in water or other liquid. Only clean it by dry cloth.

Caution: Do not use chemical, steel, wooden or abrasive cleaners to clean the unit to prevent the gloss loss.
3. Dry thoroughly before storage.
