BEFORE FIRST USE

Before the first use, please carefully check if all parts of the device are in good condition. If this is not the case, please contact the supplier or manufacturer. Remove all packaging materials.

  1. Clean the grill plate before using the appliance for the first time (See Cleaning and Maintenance).
  2. Wipe the outside of the appliance with a damp cloth.

OPERATION

  1. Remove all packing material and any stickers.
  2. Wipe the plate with a damp cloth or sponge to remove any dust. Wipe the dust with a soft cloth or paper towels.
  3. Select a suitable location where the unit is to be used, leaving enough space between back of unit and wall to allow heat to flow without damage to cabinets and walls.
  4. Plug the unit into a suitable electrical outlet, Turn the thermostat clockwise. The light lights up, the unit is heating up. If the thermostat is on position Off, the plate will no longer heat up. Before the first use, it is recommended to apply a little oil or grease on the plate.
  5. Important: The cooking plate will be very hot. Caution should be taken to prevent the hands from contacting with the plate.
  6. After use, unplug the unit from the electrical outlet and allow it to cool to room temperature before cleaning.
  7. Caution: Do not immerse the appliance into any liquid.
  8. Before using the appliance, prepare the dough separately and pour it into a suitable container. Pour the pre-prepared dough onto the heating plate and, using the specific accessory, spread it perfectly to cover the entire surface. Take care not to put too much dough in order to avoid any smudge off the plate.

Note: For the best result, pour a small amount of oil on the heating plate so that the pancakes can be easily removed from the plate.

When the surface of the pancake is no longer liquid, turn the pancake completely using a spatula.

When cooking is finished, remove the pancake. It is then possible to re-cook by repeating the operations described above. Otherwise, turn off the unit by turning the thermostat to "0" and unplug the plug from the area.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
