How do I connect my smartphone via Bluetooth to the PPHP1042B speaker?

Enable Bluetooth on your smartphone and search for devices. Select 'PYLEUSA' from the list. If prompted, confirm pairing. The connection is established.

How do I use the TWS function to pair two speakers?

Enable Bluetooth on your device and connect to the first speaker. Then, on each speaker, press and hold the 'TWS' button for more than 3 seconds until 'ON' appears on the display. The speakers will automatically connect in stereo.

What is the battery life and how do I charge it?

Battery life can reach up to 3 hours depending on volume. To charge, use the supplied power adapter (9V/1.5A) and plug it into the DC input. Charging time is about 5 hours. The red LED indicator shows charging, and it turns off when the battery is full.

How do I record with this speaker?

Press the record button briefly to start recording. Press again to stop. To play recordings, press and hold the button. To delete a recording during playback, press and hold the microphone priority button.

Why is there no sound?

Check that the audio source is connected and the volume is not at minimum. Ensure the correct mode is selected (BT, AUX, USB, etc.). If the sound is muted, press the Mute button on the remote control.

The sound is distorted, what should I do?

Reduce the overall volume or bass/treble levels. If distortion persists, the speaker may be damaged. Contact customer service for repair.

How do I use the FM radio?

Press the MODE button until FM radio is selected. Use the search buttons (previous/next) to find stations. Auto-scan function is available in FM mode.

Ensure the microphone is properly plugged into the 6.5mm input and its switch is on. Increase the microphone volume using the corresponding knob. Also check that the microphone priority function is not accidentally activated.

TWS FUNCTION

For increase sound effect, our unit provides TWS function as follows:

Step-1: Turn ON BT mode on your device and connect the machine.

Step-2: Press and hold each control board "TWS" button more than 3's, and you will see "ON" on display, unit will start to connect the other unit automatically, now you can enjoy stereo sound, and adjusting one unit volume will affect the other unit.

Remark:

1. After connection, press and hold again one of control board "TWS" button more than 3's, you will see "OFF" on display, unit's TWS disconnection.

TROUBLESHOOTING
