IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS:
READ CAREFULLY AND KEEP FOR FUTURE USES.
- Always disconnect the appliance from the power supply if left unattended and before assembly, disassembly or cleaning.
- This appliance should not be used by children. Keep the device and its cable out of the reach of children.
- This device may be used by persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capacities or whose experience or knowledge is not sufficient, provided they are supervised or have received instructions how to use the device safely and to the extent that they understand the potential dangers.
Children should not use the device as a toy. - If the power cable is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its after-sales service or similarly qualified persons in order to avoid any danger.
- CAUTION: Risk of injury from improper use of the product.
- Switch off the device and disconnect it from the power supply before changing accessories or approaching parts that are moving during operation.
- We recommend that you do not use the appliance with liquids with a temperature above 40^ : be careful if a hot liquid is poured into the cooking container as it can be ejected from the appliance due to sudden boiling.
- Make sure that your power supply is the same as that indicated on the rating label of the appliance before plugging it in.
- Do not operate the device with a damaged cord or plug or after the device has malfunctioned or dropped
or damaged in any way.
- Never immerse the appliance in water or other liquid or let the cord or plug get wet, you may suffer an electric shock.
- Do not connect the device to or use it with wet hands.
- Before each use, make sure that no part of the appliance is damaged.
- Never allow someone to trip over the power cable. Do not let the cable touch hot surfaces or hang down where a child could catch it.
- Do not use outdoors.
- Never touch the whisks or muddlers while the machine is plugged in.
- Unplug the appliance from the power supply when not in use, before moving it or adding food.
- Never add ingredients to a cooking container when the appliance is in use.
- Do not place ingredients beyond the maximum graduation of the cooking container used.
- Do not use the mixer continuously for more than 5 minutes (1 minute for maximum speed): the motor may overheat. Let the device cool for at least 2 minutes between each cycle of use. After 3 continuous cycles, allow the device to cool for 10 minutes before restarting.
- Do not beat ingredients that are too hard.
- The use of accessories not recommended by the manufacturer may result in the risk of personal injury.
- Do not touch moving parts.

During use, keep your hands, hair, clothing, spatulas and other utensils away from the whips to reduce the risk of injury to persons, and/or damaged to the mixer.

MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING
Always switch off, unplug and let the appliance cool down before any maintenance or cleaning operation.
Note : do not clean any part of the appliance in the dishwasher.
Whisks or muddlers : remove the whisks or muddlers from the appliance (via the eject button). Clean them with hot soapy water and rinse them with clean water.
Motor unit : wipe with a damp cloth, then dry. Never immerse in water or any other liquid or use abrasive or corrosive products.
Storage :
Keep the device in its original packaging to protect from moisture.
INTENDED USE
The appliance is intended exclusively for domestic use for beating soft ingredients (cream, egg, etc.). Use the muddlers to mix thick sticky ingredients. Indoor use only.

USE AND OPERATION

ATTENTION :
- Always disconnect the appliance from the power supply and let it cool down before any maintenance, cleaning and before assembling or removing accessories.
- During use, keep your hands, hair, clothing, as well as spatulas and other utensils away from the whisks to reduce the risk of injury to persons, and/or damaged to the mixer.
Before using for the first time :
- Remove all packaging
- Clean the device
To use the mixer :
- Assemble the 2 whisks (5) or 2 muddlers (6) in the motor unit (4) by aligning the pins in the holes and exerting pressure to lock them (a locking notch is felt)
- Fill the food container (no more than the maximum level indicated) with the ingredients to be beaten.
- Check if the power cord is damaged.
- Check that the speed control button (2) is correctly positioned on speed 0.
- Connect the device to the power supply.
- Select the speed of the mixer using the speed control button (2) by gradually increasing the speeds one by one to the desired one.
- Once the mixing is finished (or more than 5 uninterrupted minutes / 1 minute at maximum speed), push the speed control button (2) to position 0, gradually changing the speeds one by one.
- Unplug the appliance from the power outlet and let it cool down.
- To remove the whisks or muddlers, press the eject button (1).
Attention: Continuous operating time must be less than 5 minutes or 1 minute at maximum speed.
If your mixer is stuck, stop it first by setting the speed to 0, unplug it and let it cool before removing the whisks or muddlers and cleaning it.
