How to assemble the immersion blender?

Align the mark on the body with the one on the shaft, turn clockwise until it clicks. Check the alignment of the symbols.

What is the maximum operating time?

For the blending leg: 10 seconds, for the chopper: 30 seconds, for the whisk: 3 minutes. Let it rest for 2 minutes between cycles and after 5 cycles, let it cool to room temperature.

Can I blend hot liquids?

No, the temperature of liquids must not exceed 40 °C because sudden boiling can splash liquid out of the cup.

How to clean the blades?

After unplugging, wash the blades carefully with soapy water (they are sharp). Rinse and dry. Do not put in the dishwasher.

Is the blender dishwasher safe?

No, no components are dishwasher safe. The body and chopper lid can be wiped with a damp cloth.

What to do if the blender gets stuck?

Stop immediately, unplug, remove stuck food. Never insert utensils while operating.

Can I chop frozen foods?

The manual recommends beef cubes of size 20x20x20 mm and almonds. For frozen foods, it is preferable to partially thaw them.

How to use the whisk?

Attach the whisk to the body, immerse in ingredients (max 200 g), press the switch. Use slow speed at start to avoid splashing. Max time 3 minutes.

Where to find the serial number?

The lot number (LOT#) is indicated on the device, format A.M.C. MMYYYY. Keep it for after-sales service.

How to store the appliance?

Store in a cool, dry, ventilated place. After cleaning, place the protective cap on the chopper blade.

Important Safeguards

When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions should always be followed including the following:

• Read all instructions carefully before you use the appliance.

• Never put the power handle in water or other liquid or let the cord or plug get wet, you could get an electric shock.
• Do not operate the blender with wet hands. Make hands dry with cloth before plugging in.
• Make sure the blender shaft, whisk or chopper in place, the power cord is not damaged before using the appliance every time.
• Never let the blades face toward anybody while operating the appliance.
• Take special care when preparing food for babies, the elderly and infirm.

• Always ensure that the hand blender shaft, whisk or chopper is thoroughly sterilized. Use a sterilizing solution in accordance with the sterilizing solution manufactures instructions.

• Never blend or mix hot oil, fat. Please follow the processing guide.

• Do not let the cord hang over edge of the table on counter.
• Never let anybody trip over the power cord and attached cable. Don't let the cord touch hot surfaces or hang down where a child could grab it.
• Unplug from outlet when it is not in use, before putting on or taking off parts, before moving the appliance on adding the food, and before cleaning.
• Do not use outdoors.
• Blades are sharp. Handle carefully.
• Never touch the blades or whisk while the machine is plugged in.
• Never add ingredients to the beaker or chopper bowl while the hand blender is operating.
• The capacity of the ingredient does not exceed the maximum graduation of the beaker, chopper bowl or food bowl.
• Do not continuously operate the blender too long. The motor may overheat. If the surface of the hand blender has been very hot, it may need time to cool down. After reducing to the room temperature, the appliance can be operated again.
• The continuous operating time without the load must be less than 15 seconds when using blender, furthermore, do not use the blender to mix too hard ingredients.
• Do not exceed the quantities and maximum time indicated in the operation guidelines or processing guide.

• Take the attachments off before cleaning.

• The use of attachments, including canning jars, not recommended by the manufacturer may cause a risk of injury to persons.

• Avoid contacting moving parts.
• Keep fingers, hair, clothing and utensils away from moving parts.
• Keep hands and utensils out of the beaker or chopper bowl while blending or cutting to reduce the risk of severe injury to persons or damage to the blender.
• This appliance must not be used against prescription.

Operation Guidelines

Caution: Blades are sharp. Handle carefully.

Before using for the first time

• Remove all packaging and take away the blade cover.

To use the hand blender

• Clean the blender shaft and beaker.
• Align the markon the power handle with the mark on the blender shaft (figure 1), fit the power handle inside the blender shaft. Turn the shaft clockwise until the mark is aligned with the mark with a slight sound of click (figure 2-3). If this is the case, the blender shaft is locked correctly.

• Check if the power cord is not damaged.

• Make sure your electricity supply is the same as the one shown on the power handle.

• Fill the food to the beaker (not more than the maximum indicated level).

• Plug in, hold the power handle steady. Switch the appliance on by pressing the switch button. (the marking of "I" is for the lower speed, "II" for the higher speed.)
• Immerse the blade guard completely in the ingredients.
• Blend the ingredients by moving the appliance slowly up and down and in circles.
• After you have completed blending, Release the switch button, then unplug from outlet.
• Warning: The continuous operating time must be less than 10 seconds. Never blend hot oil, fat or meat.
• If your blender gets blocked, first stop and unplug before clearing.
• After use, unplug and dismantle. The dismantlement is the reverse of assembly.
• Always switch off and unplug before cleaning. Please refer to the instruction in the "care and cleaning".

To use the chopper

• Remove the protective cover from the blade of the chopper.
• Clean the lid, blade unit and bowl of the chopper.
  Fix the blade unit in the chopper bowl.
• Fill the food to the bowl (not more than the maximum indicated level).
• Fit the power handle inside the chopper, turn and lock until you hear a slight click. The marks on the power handle and the chopper should now be aligned with each other. If this is the case, the chopper is locked correctly.
• Check if the power cord is not damaged.
• Make sure your electricity supply is the same as the one shown on the power handle.
• Plug in, hold the power handle steady. Switch the appliance on by pressing the switch button. (the marking of "I" is for the lower speed, "II" for the higher speed.)
• After you have completed blending, Release the switch button, then unplug from outlet.
• Warning: The continuous operating time must be less than 30 seconds.
• If your chopper gets blocked, first stop and unplug before clearing.
• After use, unplug and dismantle the power handle and the lid unit in sequence, take the blade out of the bowl by holding the plastic shaft,

• The edges of the blade is very sharp, do not touch them.
• Always switch off and unplug before cleaning. Please refer to the instruction in the "care and cleaning".

To use the whisk

• Clean the whisk and beaker.
• Insert the whisk into the whisk head until you hear a slight click.
• Fit the power handle inside the whisk, turn and lock until you hear a slight click. The marks on the power handle and the whisk head should now be aligned with each other. If this is the case, the whisk is locked correctly.
• Check if the power cord is not damaged.
• Make sure your electricity supply is the same as the one shown on the power handle.
• Fill the food to the beaker (not more than the maximum indicated level).
• Plug in, hold the power handle steady. Switch the appliance on by pressing the switch button. (the marking of "I" is for the lower speed, "II" for the higher speed.)
• To prevent splashing, use the Low speed to mixing when starting.
• Immerse the whisk completely in the ingredients.
• Blend the ingredients by moving the appliance slowly up and down and in circles.
• After you have completed mixing, Release the switch button, then unplug from outlet.
• Warning: The continuous operating time must be less than 3 minutes. Never blend hot oil, fat or meat.
• If your whisk gets blocked, first stop and unplug before clearing.

Care and cleaning

• Always switch off and unplug before cleaning.
  Take the attachments off.
• Don't touch the sharp blades.

Caution: Take care when cleaning the blades as they are extremely sharp.

Note: Do not clean any part of the blender in the dishwasher

The beaker

• The beaker can be washed in water with cleaning agent.
• Wash and rinse thoroughly with water, then dry.

The blender shaft

• The shaft can be washed in water with cleaning agent.
• Unplug, let it cool down.
• Wash and rinse thoroughly with water, then dry.

The chopper

• The lid unit of the chopper can only be wiped with a damp cloth, then dry.
• Never immerse in water or other liquid or use abrasives.
• The bowl and the blade can be washed in water with cleaning agent.
• Unplug, let it cool down.
• Wash and rinse thoroughly with water, then dry.
• Reattach the protective cover to the blade.

The whisk

• The head of whisk can only be wiped with a damp cloth, then dry.

• Never wash and rinse in water or use abrasives.

• The other part of whisk can be washed in water with cleaning agent.
• Unplug, let it cool down.
• Wash and rinse thoroughly with water, then dry.

Storage

• Store in a cool, dry and ventilating place.

WARNING:

1. Any other servicing should be performed by an authorized service representative.
2. Do let the appliance rest at least 2 minutes between cycles! After operating 5 cycles continuously, the appliance needs to cool down to the room temperature to restart.
3. Never misuse this appliance. Care is needed when handling cutting blades, especially when removing the blender from the beaker, taking the blade from the bowl and during cleaning.
4. Always reattach the protective cover to the blades after cleaning.
