CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

6EN-8 EN-9 OPERATION Thanks to the adjustable temperature, the fondue machine can be used for different types of fondue: classic Burgundy fondue, cheese fondue, chocolate fondue. Fill the fondue pot with the desired ingredients: oil, cheese or chocolate and place on the heating base. Thepot must be filled between the minimum level and the maximum level. Set the temperature controller to the desired level. The red light comes on when the thermostat is controlling the temperature. For classic Burgundy fondue, the thermostat must be set to the maximum level. For cheese fondue and chocolate fondue, choose the average thermostat level. Adjust the temperature so that the ingredients just start to simmer. In particular, cheese and chocolate fondues require slow cooking. Stir occasionally to obtain a creamy consistency.
