Read the user instrucons carefully before use. - Keep the appliance away from water!
Do not immerse the appliance, the cord or the plug in water or other liquids!
Be very careful when children are near the appliance! - Do not use the appliance if it is damaged – have the appliance repaired by an au- thorized service centre.
Using accessories which are not recom- mended by the manufacturer may cause the appliance to be damaged or may lead to bodily harm.
Never leave the appliance switched on without supervision!
Do not place the appliance on hot surfaces.
This appliance is intended for home use only.
Do not use the appliance while being charged (model LR-027-86).20
Do not switch on the appliance without the blade guard in place.
This appliance may be used by children aged 8 years or over, by people with re- duced physical or mental capacity and by people lacking in experience and knowledge of how to use the appliance, if supervision or instrucon is provided for the safe use of the appliance, so that the hazards in- volved are understood. Children should not clean or maintain the appliance without supervision.
Keep the appliance and its cord out of the reach of children under 8 years of age.
Aenon must be paid to children to ensure that they do not play with the equipment/ appliance. - Protect the appliance against moisture. It can only be used on dry materials.
Structural and sensive materials, such as mohair, can be damaged by using the shaver on them. Therefore, before normal21
use, it is recommended to rst check the operaon of the shaver on a less visible part of the garment, such as on the inside of the garment.
Do not use the shaver on any clothes you are wearing, always remove them rst. It may result in personal injury or damage to the shaver.
Do not use the shaver on buons, zips, badges, labels, abrasions, seams, applica- ons, sckers, etc. - Do not use the appliance outdoors
For the safety of children, do not leave the packaging parts freely accessible (plasc bags, cardboard boxes, polystyrene, etc.). - WARNING! Never let children play with plasc lm. Choking/asphyxiaon hazard!
Note! Do not use the shaver to shave hair, including facial hair – risk of bodily injury.22
6. Trimming height controller
1. The shaver is intended to trim hair and lint on clothes. It smooths the
material and removes any piling.
2. It is suitable for all types of materials.
3. The clothes should be evenly distributed on a level horizontal surface.
4. Do not press the shaver against the clothes when removing lint balls -
move it very gently over the fabric!
5. Store the appliance in a dry place.
6. For the LR-027-86 model, the maximum operang me of the appli-
ance is approximately 0.5 hours. The charging me is 8 to 12 hours. The charging me should not exceed 14 hours.
1. Press the on/o buon (8) to switch on the shaver.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
1. This shaver does not require any special maintenance. Simply follow
the usage guidelines listed below.
2. For proper operaon, keep the appliance clean.
3. Occasionally, depending on the degree of blade contaminaon (5),
clean the blade with the brush (1). To do this, rst remove the blade guard (3), then clean the blade (5) thoroughly. When nished, securely install the blade guard.
4. You can clean the casing of the appliance with a damp cloth. Do not
immerse the appliance in water or other liquids! Proper disposal of the product (waste electrical and electronic equipment) Marking on the product indicates that aer the service-life of the product expires, it should not be disposed with other type of municipal waste. Used equipment may have a negave impact on the environment and health of people due to potenally con- taining hazardous substances, mixtures and components. Mixing electric waste with other types of waste or disassembling those in an un- professional manner may cause a release of substances that are hazardous to the environment and health. Used equipment should be handed-over to a point for collecon of electric waste. In order to obtain detailed in- formaon regarding the electric waste collecon points, the user should contact the municipal point of electric waste collecon or used equipment processing department.24
