Traditional blenders that do not have a vacuum before mixing favor the oxidation of food. On the other hand, the vacuum blender can delay oxidation by controlling the incipient oxidation by vacuum before mixing. In addition, this blender can maintain the freshness of already processed foods that have been exposed to vacuum, which delays oxidation, by vacuuming the blender jar again before removing it. (However, these foods stored in a refrigerator should be eaten as soon as possible, since vacuum storage does not prevent the growth of bacteria).
