DAILY USE
USING THE HOOD
Check the recommended speed according to the table below.

| 24 | While boiling, frying big quantities of food without a lid, big humidity. The hood operates on maximum speed. After 8 minutes the appliance returns to previous setting. |

It is recommended to leave the hood operating for approximately 15 minutes after cooking.
To operate the hood:
- Press the first speed button to switch on the appliance.
- If needed, press the light button to illuminate the cooking surface.

- If needed, change the speed by pressing the desired button.
To turn off the appliance, press the first speed button again.
CARE AND CLEANING
CLEANING THE GREASE FILTER
Each filter must be cleaned at least once a month. Filters are mounted with the use of clips and pins on the opposite side.
To clean the filter:
- Press the handle of the mounting clip on the filter panel underneath the hood (1).

- Slightly tilt the front of the filter downwards (2), then pull.
Repeat the first two steps for all filters.
- Clean the filters using a sponge with non-abrasive detergents or in a dishwasher.

The dishwasher must be set to a low temperature and a short cycle. The grease filter may discolor, but this has no influence on the performance of the appliance.
- To mount the filters back, follow the first two steps in reverse order.
Repeat the steps for all filters if applicable.
REPLACING THE CHARCOAL FILTER

WARNING! The charcoal filter is non-washable!
The time of saturation of the charcoal filter varies depending on the type of cooking and the regularity of cleaning the grease filter.
To replace the filter:
- Remove the grease filters from the appliance. Refer to "Cleaning the grease filter" in this chapter.
- Press the tab (1) and slightly tilt the front of the filter.

- To install a new filter, perform the same steps in reverse order.
In any case, it is necessary to replace the filters at least every four months.
REPLACING THE LAMP
This appliance is supplied with a LED lamp. This part can be replaced by a technician only. In case of any malfunction refer to "Service" in the "Safety Instructions" chapter.

The water filter must be replaced periodically and the water filter cartridge must be replaced.
To replace the water filter:
- Remove the water filter cartridges.
See the "Replacing the Water Filters" section in this manual.
- Turn off the water supply (1), then remove the water filter cartridge.

- To install the new water filter, follow the steps in reverse order.
Replace the water filters at least every six months.
REPLACING THE FILTER
The filter is equipped with a bypass. This bypass is used only for technical replacement. In case of an emergency, see the "Service" section in the "Safety Instructions" chapter.

Recommended speed values are given in the table below.
It is recommended to let the extractor run for about 15 minutes after cooking is finished.
Switching on the extractor:
1. To switch on the appliance, press the first speed selection button.
- If necessary, press the light button to illuminate the cooking surface.
- If necessary, change the speed by pressing the required button. To switch off the appliance, press the first speed button again.
CARE AND CLEANING
The hood must be set to low temperature mode and short cycle. The filter may change color; this will not affect the performance of the device.
4. To install the filters in place, perform the two steps described above in reverse order.
Repeat these steps with all filters, if applicable.
REPLACING THE CARBON FILTER

WARNING! The carbon filter is not washable!
The service life of the carbon filter varies depending on the type of cooking and the frequency of cleaning of the grease filter.
To replace the filter:
- Remove the grease filters.
See the "Cleaning the Grease Filter" section in this chapter.
- Press the latch (1) and slightly tilt the front part of the filter.
