How to install the water filter?
Align the alignment arrow with the notch in the housing, insert the filter and turn clockwise until it locks. Ensure the arrow on the filter head points to the lock symbol. Improper locking prevents ice production.
Why is the machine not producing ice?
Check the power supply (3-prong outlet), that the ON/OFF control is on, the drain cap is tight, the water filter is properly installed, and the water pressure is sufficient. The ambient temperature must be above 55 °F (13 °C).
How to clean the ice machine?
Use the CLEAN program with approved cleaner (part 4396808). Remove ice, pour the solution into the water pan, press CLEAN. The cycle lasts about 70 minutes and rinses automatically. Drain and reinstall the cap after the cycle.
