Use the lower rotary knob of the AIR Control system and the lid damper. Turn the knob to MAX for more air and higher temperature, to OFF to reduce. Open or close the lid damper to fine-tune.

For the F50 AIR model (diameter 50 cm), the maximum load is 1.5 kg of charcoal or briquettes. Do not exceed to avoid excessive temperatures.
How to extinguish the barbecue?
Close all air vents and the lid. The lack of oxygen will put out the fire. Never use water, as it damages the enamel. Wait for complete cooling before removing ashes.
How to clean the cooking grate?
After cooling, scrape residues with a special barbecue brush (stainless steel). Wipe with a damp cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners and sharp objects that scratch the surface.
