1. Insert 2 new AAA batteries (not included) into the

W186-D outdoor sensor. Observe the correct polarity. The red LED will flash during transmission.

2. Insert the 3 n ew AA Alkaline batteries (not included) into

the clock. Observe the correct polarity.

3. After 5 minutes place sensor outside in a shaded location.

Set Language, Calendar, Time, Weather Forecast Icon

1. Hold the SET button to enter time set mode.

2. Press the + or -buttons to adjust the values.

3. Press the SET button to confirm adjustments and move to

the next item. Setting order:

1. Language (EN English, GE German, FR French, DU Dutch,)

Note: The day of the week sets automatically, as the year, month and date are set. Press the S ET button to exit, or wait 60 seconds without pressing buttons to return to the normal time display. Time Zone Press the ZONE button to select one of four time zones:

  • PS = Pacific Note: The time zone letters will flash in the weekday display. The letters “AL” will replace the weekday.

  • Press the AL button once to view alarm time.
  • Press the + or -buttons to activate the alarm. Once activated, the alarm icon appears.

  • When alarm sounds, press the ZZ button to silence the alarm for 5 minutes.

The “0” in the middle of this scale is equal to the current pressure and each change bar represents how high or low in “hPa“. When read from left to right, if the bars are rising, it means that the weather is getting better due to the increase of air pressure. If the bars go down, it means the air pressure has dropped and the weather is expected to worsen. Low Battery Icon Low battery icon indicates low battery for clock or sensor.

  • If the icon is displayed in the Outdoor Temperature section, replace batteries in the outdoor sensor.
  • If the icon is displayed in the Indoor Temperature section, replace batteries in the atomic clock. Outdoor Sensor Channels When more than one transmitter is used, set each transmitter to a different channel. To view: press the CH button on the atomic clock to select Ch1, Ch2, Ch3 or auto-channel scrolling display modes.   • Install batteries in all the sensors.

  • Hold the CH button to search for the outdoor sensor.
  • Press the TX button on the sensor to send a signal. Restart If there is no outdoor temperature data after 3 minutes, remove batteries from the clock and the outdoor sensor then press any button 20 times. After 15 minutes, return to Step 1 above. Outdoor Sensor Positioning
