How to fill the polish reservoir?

Unlock the outlet spout and turn it to open the housing. Remove the bottle, take off the lid, and pour in the polish. Make sure the outlet at the top of the bottle is open and that the springs and metal ball are in place. Put the bottle back and lock the housing.

Why does the motor stop after a few minutes?

The motor is designed for intermittent operation: 5 minutes on then 5 minutes off. If it stops earlier, the overheat protection may have been triggered. Wait 10 to 15 minutes for it to cool down before restarting.

Can I use colored polish with the same brush as colorless polish?

It is strongly recommended to use different polishing brushes for colorless and colored polish. Mixing brushes can affect the polishing result and transfer colors.

How to clean the machine mat?

The mat is removable. You can wash or vacuum it. Make sure it is completely dry and cool before putting it back. Do not expose it to direct sunlight or heat sources.

How to replace the brushes?

Unscrew the fixing screws of the brush, then pull the brush to the side of the carrier shaft to remove it. To install a new brush, proceed in reverse order, tightening the screws on the flat D-shaped side of the motor shaft.

The machine does not start when I insert my shoe, why?

Check that the device is plugged in and the induction sensor is not blocked. Ensure the shoe is close enough to the sensor. If the problem persists, let the motor cool down (overheat protection).

What type of polish to use?

Colorless polish is suitable for all shoes. You can also use colored polish, but with a dedicated brush. The reservoir can hold only one type of polish at a time.

Is the device suitable for all types of shoes?

Yes, the machine is designed to clean and polish any type of shoe, provided the shape fits into the designated slot. For very high shoes or stilettos, check compatibility.

What to do if the polish does not come out of the spout?

NOTE: This model is a household shoe polishing machine and works with an intermittent duty motor. The duty cycle of the motor is designed to run for 5 minutes continuously and then 5 minutes off before restarting again. The motor has an automatic overload thermal cutoff which stops the appliance in case of excessive force which may cause over-heating. In case the overload is tripped, you have to wait for approximately 10-15 minutes before resuming regular operation. (This depends on the ambient temperature.)

OPERATION

How to use your shoe polishing machine

1 Plug power outlet, then put your shoe inside of machine. Under the control of Auto-inductive switch the machine start to work. When polishing is done, withdraw your shoe from inside this machine auto-stops within 15 seconds.
2 To apply polishing cream to your shoe, lift your shoe and stroke the tap of the dispenser gently. Natural color shoe cream can be used for any colored shoes.
3 It is strongly recommended that one of the polishing brushes is used for shoes applied natural color cream and another one, for colored cream. Do not mix use of these two brushes, or otherwise, it will affect the polishing result occasionally.

Refill the shoe cream

1 By looking through the wax box indication slot, you can notice when the shoe cream should be refilled.
2 Unlatch the dispenser and have it move outward to open the dispenser cabinet.
3 Take the bottle out, loose the tap and fill in cream of the same kind. Put the spring and steel ball in proper position before recapping the tap tightly. Also, make sure the exhaust hole on top of the bottle is open. Or otherwise, shoe cream will not flow out smoothly when tap is stroked. Actually, you can take the blocking pin out from the exhaust hole and throw it away at the first time you have your bottle filled.
4 Put the cream bottle back into the cabinet and latch it in proper position on the machine.

CARE AND CLEANING

1 Unplug the unit before cleaning and maintenance.
2 Do not clean the machine with water jet.
3 Dust and mud on the mat can be cleaned by simply taken it out from the machine and have it washed or cleaned by vacuum cleaner. It is a good practice and important for safety to have the mat dry thoroughly in cool area before putting it back to the machine. Do not dry the mat under strong sunshine nor in hot area.
4 When changing brush is seemed necessary, unscrew the fixing screw on the brush and pull it sideways to take it out from the shaft. Replace the brush following the reversed procedure. Remember to have the screw fixed on the flat D-cut surface of the motor shaft.
