1. Clean the plates with a damp cloth.

2. Grease the plates with a little butter or cooking oil.

Preparation of Sandwiches

1. Insert the plug into the socket. The red and green lights will turn on.

2. As soon as the red light goes out, the sandwich maker is ready for operation.

Note: the red light turns on and off every now and then, while the appliance automatically reheats.

3. Prepare the sandwich ingredients. For a sandwich you need two slices of bread and

the desired topping.

4. To brown the outside of the sandwich nicely, spread some butter on the outside that

touches the baking tray.

5. Cover the toast and place it in the appliance.

6. Lower the upper baking tray carefully, press the bread and lock the appliance with

the lock on the handle.

7. Heat the sandwich for 2-3 minutes and then check if the sandwich has the golden
