Please read all instructions carefully before assembly, installation and/or use of this product.
WARNING
DO NOT EXCEED the lowest of vehicle manufacturer's cross bar rating or cargo box weight limit of 110 Lb / 50 Kg.
DO NOT transport people, animals, or flammable liquids.
Before Transport You MUST: Securely fasten all loads in cargo box. Make sure all bolts, straps, knobs, and locks are firmly attached and locked before every trip.
Distribute your cargo evenly inside the cargo box. Heavier items should be placed in the center.
Check the security of load, bolts, straps, knobs, and locks at fuel and rest stops.
Check for proper clearance between sunroof and cargo box before operating sunroof (if equipped).

IMPORTANT NOTE:
This product will not fit vehicle:
-If vehicle cross bar size exceeds:
width of 3 - 1 / 4'' (82mm)
height of 1 - 1 / 4'' (32mm)
-If cross bars will not adjust to:

- 34-1/2" (876mm) Maximum Spacing See step 3 for bar spacing
- Unpack cargo box.
- Open cargo box and remove mounting hardware, keys, & instruction sheet.
- With the help of another person place cargo box on top of roof rack.
- Line up the mounting holes in bottom of cargo box with vehicle cross bars.

Make sure that loads are distributed evenly inside the cargo box. DO NOT EXCEED cargo box weight limit of 110 Lb / 50 Kg.

TO LOCK:
- Turn key counter clockwise.
- To unlock, insert key and turn clockwise.
CARE AND USAGE
- Keep the unit clean and remove road salt and debris.
- Do not allow harsh chemicals, road salt, or mud to accumulate on the product for an extended period of time.
- Wash the product with mild soap and water only and a non-abrasive cloth after use.
- The lock and hinges should be lubricated with graphite or similar dry lubricant.
GUIDELINES
- Be careful when driving in or near low clearance branches, bridges, and parking garages as they can affect your cargo carrier and load. All cargo can affect the vehicles driving behavior.
- Never drive with any lock, lid, or knob in the unlocked or open position.
- Remove your cargo box and gear before entering an automatic car wash or when not in use.
