Before initial use carefully wash and rinse all parts of your RÖSLE cookware with water and detergent.

Cookware from multi-layer material is extremely resistant to corrosion. Nevertheless chlorides (such as those present in salts) can in some instances affect the material. In order to minimise corrosive effects always stir while dissolving salt in hot water and do not store salty food in the cookware!

Attention:

Metal grips and handles of pots and lids can become very hot, especially when used on a gas cooker where the gas ring is wider than the pot diameter. So always use oven gloves or other heat-protective equipment. Gas rings, hot plates and cookware can get damaged through overheating. Never leave empty cookware on the cooker when it is switched on. Be even more careful with non-stick coated cookware.

A Tip!

To save energy always choose pots that fit the hot plate or gas ring of your cooker.

Energy-saving with gas cookers:

Flames should never reach beyond the base of the cookware.

This way you avoid overheating the grips and handles and you save energy.

Cleaning and care

Cleaning:

Best done with hot water, detergent, a sponge, cloth or soft brush. Avoid steelwool and abrasive agents!

To prevent food remnants setting hard pour a little water into used pots after serving.

Dry cookware immediately after washing to prevent water marks.
