When using an electrical appliance, basic precautions should be observed, including the following:
WARNING: TO REDUCE ThE RISk OF FIRE, ELECTRICAL ShOCk, OR INjURy:
READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE USING YOUR VACUUM CLEANER.
- Do not leave cleaner when it is plugged in.
- Unplug from outlet when not in use and before servicing.
- Do not use with damaged cord or plug
- To unplug grasp plug not cord
- Do not pull or carry by cord, use cord as a handle, close door on cord, pull cord around sharp corners, run cleaner over cord, or expose cord to heated surfaces.
- Hold plug when rewinding the cord onto the reel. Do not allow the plug to whip when rewinding.
- Do not use cleaner if it has been dropped, damaged. Left outdoors or dropped into water. Return it to an Authorized Service Centre.
- Do not allow children to use as a toy.
- Do not use outdoors or on wet surfaces.
- Do not handle cleaner or plug with wet hands.
- Do not put any object into openings, use with blocked opening, or restrict air flow.
- Do not use without filters in place.
- Do not allow hair, loose clothing, fingers or body parts to get near openings or floor brush in the appliance.
- Do not pick up hot coals, cigarette butts, matches or any hot, smoking, or burning objects.
- Do not pick up hard or sharp objects such as glass, nails, screws, coins, etc.
- Do not pick up flammable or combustible materials (lighter fluid, gasoline, kerosene, etc.) or use in the presence of explosive liquids or vapour.
- Do not pick up toxic material (chlorine bleach, ammonia, drain cleaner, etc)
- Do not use in an enclosed space filled with vapours given off by oil base paint, paint thinner, some moth proofing substances, flammable dust, or other explosive or toxic vapours.
- Do not use for any purpose other than described in this User's Guide.
- Always turn off this appliance before connecting or disconnecting vacuum hose.
- Use only manufacturer's recommended attachments.
- Use only on dry, indoor surfaces.
- Keep openings free of dust, lint, hair, etc.
- Keep appliance on a level surface.
- Turn off all controls before plugging or unplugging cleaner.
- Be extra careful when cleaning stairs.
- Pay close attention when working around children.
- Do no pull the power cable by hands after use.
- Do not run the appliance over the power cable when it is on.
- Do not use the appliance to suck in burning cigarettes ends.
- Do not absorb water or other liquid.
- Do not suck in needles, drawing-pins or string cement, plaster, or other material for construction and decoration.
- Do not get the appliances close to hotspot.

NOTES ON THE CORD
Do not use an extension cord with this product. If an extension cord is absolutely necessary, an extension cord rated a minimum of 15 ampere, 14 gauge cord should be used. Cords rated for less amperage may overheat. Care should be taken to arrange cord so that it cannot be pulled on or tripped over.
NOTES ON THE PLUG
This appliance has a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the other). To reduce the risk of electric shock, this plug will fit in a polarized outlet only one way. If the plug does not fit fully into the outlet, reverse the plug. If it still does not fit, contact a qualified electrician. Do not modify the plug in any way.
ELECTRIC POWER
If the electrical circuit is overloaded with other appliances, your appliance may not operate properly. It should be operated on a separate electrical circuit from other appliances.

This User's Guide has been designed to help you get the utmost satisfaction from your canister. You'll find assembly and operating instructions, safety precautions, as well as maintenance and troubleshooting instructions. Please read this Guide thoroughly before assembling your cleaner.
Pay particular attention to the assembly diagram, assembly instructions, and part names. Locate and organize all parts before assembly. Familiarize yourself with the parts and where they go. Following this User's Guide will greatly enhance your ability to get the most performance.
ASSEMBLY
- Pick up two pieces Interfix Wand, Insert one to the other (See Figure 2).
- Slide the narrow end of the interfix wand into the Floor Nozzle Tube.
- Slide the handle into the end of the Hose.
- Slide the Hose Clamp into the suction inlet of the unit. To open dust cup, press buckle and open the bottom of the dust cup (See Figure 4).

- Pull out the power cord, insert the power plug into electric socket then switch on the vacuum cleaner.
- To remove the dust cup, press the lock on the dust cup and remove. Empty the dust in a garbage bin. To install back, align the dust bin, push and lock.
FLOOR CLEANING
- Locate the Rug/Floor Selector.
Before use, make sure that the position of the select button is in the right position for the type of surface to be cleaned.
Turn on the floor brush when cleaning the carpet.
Turn on the floor brush when cleaning the hard floor, tile, ceramic, marble.
- Turbo Brush
Use the turbo hair, lint and pet hair from beds mattresses quilts, blankets etc

Use the crevice tool to clean the corner.

Use the furniture tool to clean curtain, lamps and lanterns and clothes etc.

The filter can be cleaned with water. Ensure it is completely dry before the next use.
REMOVING HAIR AND DEBRIS FROM THE TURBO BRUSH
- Remove the turbo brush from the plastic tube.

Turn the knob on the turbo brush counter-clockwise until the knob is visibly off the transparent cover.

Remove hair and other particles from the brush.
-
To reassemble, put the transparent cover back on top and tighten the knob clockwise.

LIMITED ONE-YEAR WARRANTY
Star Elite Inc. hereby warrants that for a period of (1) one year from the date of purchase, this product will be free from defects in material and workmanship. At its sole discretion, Star Elite Inc. will either repair or replace the product found to be defective, or issue a refund on the product during the warranty period.
The warranty is only valid for the original retail purchaser from the date of initial retail purchase and is not transferable. Keep the original sales receipt, as proof of purchase is required to obtain warranty validation. Retail stores selling this product do not have the right to alter, modify, or in any way revise the terms and conditions of the warranty.
EXCLUSIONS: The warranty does not apply to fans or routine maintenance components such as filters, belts, or brushes if applicable. The warranty does not cover normal wear of parts or damage resulting from any of the following: negligent use of the product, use of improper voltage or current, improper routine maintenance, use contrary to the operating instructions, disassembly, repair, or alteration by anyone other than qualified Star Elite Inc. personnel. Also, the warranty does not cover use for rental or commercial services or Acts of God such as fire, floods, hurricanes, or tornadoes.
Star Elite Inc. shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages caused by the breach of any express or implied warranty. Apart from the extent prohibited by applicable law, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose is limited in time to the duration of the warranty. Some states, provinces or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, or limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, and therefore, the above exclusions or limitations may not apply to you. The warranty covers specific legal rights which may vary by state, province and/or jurisdiction.
HOW TO OBTAIN WARRANTY SERVICE: You must contact Customer Service at our toll-free number: 1-866-261-8201. A Customer Service Representative will attempt to resolve warranty issues over the phone. If the Customer Service Representative is unable to resolve the problem, you will be provided with a case number and asked to return the product to Star Elite Inc. Attach a tag to the product that includes: your name, address, daytime contact telephone number, case number, and description of the problem. Also, include a copy of the original sales receipt. Carefully package the tagged product with the sales receipt, and send it (with shipping and insurance prepaid) to Star Elite Inc.'s address. Star Elite Inc. shall bear no responsibility or liability for the returned product while in transit to Star Elite Inc.'s Customer Service Center.
