Please read this manual since it contains important information on the safety, use and maintenance of your appliance. Keep it in a safe place for future reference.
- This appliance is intended for domestic household use only and should not be used for any other purpose or in any other application, such as for non-domestic use or in a commercial environment.
- This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instructions concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.
- If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, the service agent or similarly qualified persons in order to avoid a hazard.
- Do not allow children to use the appliance without supervision.
- Switch off the appliance and disconnect from power supply before changing accessories or approaching parts that move in use.
- The use of accessories or additions not recommended by the manufacturer may cause damage or harm to the appliance and the user.

Tip: The large cone can be used for larger fruit such as oranges or grapefruit. The small cone can be used for smaller fruit such as lemons and limes.
Operation
Before using this appliance for the first time, please clean the appliance. Refer to the chapter "Cleaning" below.
- Place the motor base on a flat, stable surface.
- Attach the juice container onto the connector of the motor base.
- Place the strainer on the container.
- Place the small cone over the connector.
- Plug the appliance in the mains power socket.
- Cut your desired fruit in half to be juiced.
- Press each fruit half firmly over the small cone or large cone and the appliance will operate automatically.
NOTE: To use the large cone, simply fit it over the small cone.
Operation
Spout of the juice container:
The juice container has a spout that can be raised or lowered. During operation, the juice will remain inside the container when the spout is raised. To serve juice in a cup, lower the spout and the juice will pour into the cup.
Short-time operation:
The appliance is designed to process average domestic quantities of citrus fruit. It can be operated without interruption for a maximum of 2 minutes. After that, allow the appliance to cool down to room temperature before continuing.
Cleaning
Always ensure the appliance is unplugged before cleaning.
Disassemble the appliance and wash all parts (except the motor base) in warm, soapy water. Rinse them thoroughly. Clean the motor base with a damp cloth. Do not immerse it in water. Never use chemical or abrasive cleaners.
Surfaces in contact with food should be cleaned regularly to avoid cross contamination from different types of food. The use of hot clean water with a mild detergent is advisable when dealing with surfaces that come into contact with food. Correct food hygiene practises should always be followed at all times to avoid possibility of food poisoning /cross contamination.
