Why isn't my phone charging?

What do the LED indicators mean?

When powered on, the LEDs flash blue and green then stay green in standby. While charging, they flash blue. Charging complete: steady green.

Can I use a thick protective case?

It is not recommended to use a case thicker than 4 mm, as it may prevent charging. Magnetic or metal cases should be avoided.

What is the maximum charging power?

The maximum power is 10 W, but the actual output depends on your phone. The charger delivers 5 V / 1 A.

Is the charger safe for non-compatible devices?

Yes, if no phone is detected, the charger stays in standby. Do not place metal objects (coins, keys) on the surface to avoid overheating.

Read these safety instructions before using your device and store them for possible future reference.

Charging sensing distance: The distance between the magnetic-induction coil built in the mobile phone and the magnetic-induction coil built in the wireless charger should be 4-6mm. Please do not use a thick phone case when using this product.

Directions for use

1. When the wireless charger is connected to the charger, the LED lights around the circle are displayed in a blue-green interval, and after 3 seconds, it is converted into a circle of green. At this time, the charger enters the standby state and can charge the mobile phone.
2. When a mobile phone that supports wireless charging is placed, a circle of LEDs around the wireless charger is converted to a blue breathing light state, which indicates that the mobile phone is being wirelessly charged.
3. When the phone is fully charged, a circle of LEDs around the wireless charger is converted to green.
