How to pair the remote control with the plugs?

Plug a smart plug into a wall outlet; the LED blinks once per second. On the remote, press and hold the selected ON button for 2 seconds until the LED blinks rapidly and stops. The plug is then paired.

What to do if a plug does not respond to the remote?

First check the remote's battery. Make sure the distance between remote and plug is less than 30 meters. Press the buttons for at least 2 seconds. If the problem persists, reset the plug (see reset question).

What is the maximum range of the remote?

The range is about 30 meters in open field. Obstacles (walls, furniture) may reduce this distance.

Can I use multiple remotes with the same plugs?

Yes, you can pair multiple remotes to the same plugs by repeating the pairing procedure for each remote.

How to replace the remote's battery?

Open the battery compartment at the back of the remote. Insert an alkaline 23A 12V battery respecting polarity. Close the compartment.

What does rapid blinking of the LED on a plug mean?

Rapid blinking indicates the plug is in pairing or unpairing mode. If you are not pairing, press and hold the plug's ON/OFF button for 3 seconds to return to normal mode (slow blinking once per second).

What is the maximum power a plug can handle?

Each plug can handle a maximum load of 16 A and 3680 W (under 230 V). Do not exceed this limit.

Are the plugs suitable for outdoor use?

No, these plugs are designed for indoor use only. Do not expose them to moisture or water.

How to reset a plug (unpair)?

To unpair a plug, press and hold the ON/OFF button on the plug for 3 seconds: the LED changes from rapid blinking to slow blinking (once per second). You can also press and hold the ALL OFF button on the remote for 3 seconds.

REMOTE CONTROLLER

- Install the provided battery in the remote control's battery compartment, making sure the polarity of the battery is correct.

- Plug a receiver socket in wall power socket, then LED indicator will be lighted up. And LED flashes one time per second. If LED won't flash, please press and hold the ON-OFF button on the socket for 3 seconds until the LED indicator begins to flash. The socket is ready to be connected to the remoter.

- Press and hold the ON button you have chosen for 2 seconds on the remoter. The LED on the socket will begin to flash rapidly and then stop, the socket is connected successfully.

- Repeat above last two steps, choosing a different ON button on the remoter for each socket.

- To check that connection has been successful, press the relevant 'ON' and 'OFF' buttons; the LED on the socket will be switched on and off.

OPERATION

• Plug the device you want to remotely operate in a receiver.
• Press the relevant ON or OFF button on the remoter to operate the plug or
• Directly press ON-OFF button on the receiver to operate the receiver socket.
• Press ALL ON or ALL OFF button on the remoter to operate all of receiver sockets

HOW TO DECODE

- Press ON-OFF button on receiver for 3 seconds.

After the LED flashes from quickly to once per second, decoding is successful.

- Press ALL OFF switch on remoter for 3 seconds. After the LED flashes from quickly to once per second, decoding is successful.

TROUBLE SHOOTING

If the socket does not respond to the remoter operation, it can be due to:

• Low battery on the remote – Replace it.
  • Distance too large between the remoter and the receiver.
• The pressing time on buttons must be at least 2 seconds.
