OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
With help of the temperature knob, you can set your desired temperature ranging from keeping warm (110^) to baking and grilling (250^) . The function knob allows you to choose between the various options. These are:

: grilling, roasting and baking on plate with upper heating
(meat, fish, steaks, oven dishes, gratin dishes or subs)

ng and roasting with upper and lower heating
(lice, cookies & meat)

: grilling on the spit with upper and lower heating as well as
turning spit (meat & poultry)
ATTENTION:
When using the functions of upper heating as well as grilling on the spit, you need to open the oven door slightly (about 4cm or approximately 2 inches). The door will hold in the correct position. This way you achieve the perfect crust.
THE TIME SWITCH
You can set the time switch up to 60 minutes. You always need to set the time in order to start the cooking process. Should your dish be cooked ahead of the timer running down, you can simply turn the knob into the "off" position. When the timer runs down, you will hear a short ringing sound to warn you.
ACCESSORIES
The baking plate is used for baking cake, preparing oven dishes or baking subs.
The grill plate is used for grilling or preparing toasts. When grilling, we advise you to put the grill plate on top of the casserole to avoid excess grease to land on the heating elements.
To remove the baking and grill plates, please always use the designated handles.
The grill spit is used for grilling meat and poultry through rotating (also named rotissery). Slide the meat or poultry onto the spit and lock it in its place through both the meat holders that are located onto the spit.
Always be mindful that the meat or poultry does not touch the heating element and the spit can rotate smoothly. When using it for poultry, you need to pin down drumsticks and wings so they do not hinder the rotating of the spit in any way. Afterwards you place the spit into the oven. Keep the end of the squared side on the left when facing the oven door and click the opposite side into the right side of the oven wall.
Then you should be able to simply slide the left side of the spit in its place on the left side of the oven. We advise you to keep the baking plate below the spit, to prevent excess grease or meat juices from dripping onto the heating elements. To remove the spit from the oven after grilling, use the designated handle.

The oven itself can never be immersed in water or can come in touch with running water when cleaning. You may use a damp cloth to clean the out- and inside of the unit.
