How to charge the ERGORAPIDO®?

Place the device on the connected charging stand. The charging indicator turns on. Full charge takes approximately 4 hours. For the first use, charge for 24 hours to optimize the battery.

How to clean the filters?

Remove the dust bin, take out the filters by pressing the unlocking buttons. Separate the inner filter from the outer filter. Rinse with warm water without detergent, shake, and let dry at least 12 hours before putting them back.

What to do if the rotating brush stops turning?

The brush may be blocked by objects. Open the brush cover, remove it and eliminate threads or debris with scissors. Make sure it rotates freely before reassembling. If the BRUSHROLLCLEAN function was used for too long, recharge the device for 15 minutes to reactivate.

How to use the BRUSHROLLCLEAN® function?

Place the vacuum on a hard, flat surface (not on carpet). While operating, press the BRUSHROLLCLEAN pedal with your foot for 5 seconds. A cutting noise is normal. Repeat if necessary. The function stops after 30 seconds to avoid overheating.

How to empty the dust bin?

Press the dust bin unlocking buttons on the device to remove it. Take out the filters, empty the contents into a trash can. Never wash the bin in the dishwasher.

How to detach the handheld vacuum?

Press the handheld vacuum unlocking button on the handle to detach it from the body. You can then attach the crevice tool or the upholstery brush to clean hard-to-reach areas.

What accessories are included?

The vacuum comes with a crevice tool, an upholstery brush, a wall-mountable charging stand, and a freestanding charging stand. Accessories can be stored on the stand or attached to the handle.

What are the important safety instructions?

Do not use the vacuum on liquids, hot objects, or in a humid environment. Keep packaging out of reach of children. Do not use it without the filters. Avoid exposure to sunlight or excessive heat. The battery must not be disassembled.

How to replace the battery?

Battery removal should only be performed by an authorized Electrolux service center or a collection service for recycling. Only remove the batteries if the device is being disposed of. Make sure they are discharged before.

What to do in case of loss of runtime?

Loss of runtime due to age or use is not covered by the warranty. To preserve performance, store the device between 5 °C and 35 °C, charge the battery to 50% for prolonged storage, and clean the filters regularly.

SAFETY PRECAUTIONS

This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved.

Children shall not play with the appliance.

Cleaning and maintenance shall not be made by children without supervision.

Batteries must be removed from the appliance before it is scrapped.

The battery is to be disposed of safely.

Only use the charging adapter that was provided with the product.

ERGORAPIDO ^® should only be used for normal vacuuming indoors and in a domestic environment. Make sure it is stored in a dry place.

Packaging material, e.g. plastic bags should not be accessible to children to avoid suffocation.

Never use the vacuum cleaner:

• In wet areas.
• Close to flammable gases, etc.
• When the product shows visible signs of damage.
• On sharp objects or liquids.
• On hot or cold cinders, lighted cigarette butts, etc.
• On fine dust, for instance from plaster, concrete, flour, hot or cold ashes.

Caution:

• Do not leave the vacuum cleaner in direct sunlight.
• Avoid exposing the vacuum cleaner to strong heat.
• The battery cells within must not be dismantled, short circuited or placed against a metal surface.
• Never use the vacuum cleaner without its filters.
• Do not try to touch the brush roll while the cleaner is switched on and the brush roll is turning.
• Mind your fingers if cleaning the inside of the floor nozzle. The metal blade of the BRUSHROLLCLEAN® function is sharp and could cause injury.

Using the vacuum cleaner in the above circumstances may cause serious personal injury or damage to the product. Such injury or damage is not covered by the warranty or by Electrolux.

SERVICING AND WARRANTY

All service or repairs must be carried out by an authorized Electrolux service centre.

This warranty does not cover reduction in battery runtime due to battery age or use, as the life of the battery depends upon the amount and nature of use.

To protect the motor, battery and electronics the product should not be stored or operated in:

• An ambient temperature below 5^ or exceeding 35^ . If the product is stored in a temperature below 5^ or exceeding 35 ^ C , let the product cool down or warm up and dry for a few hours before usage.
• A humidity level below 20% or exceeding 80% (non-condensing).

If the product is stored for an extended time period (without usage or continuous charging), we recommend to store the product in normal room temperature with the batteries charged at 50% capacity or more. This will maintain the performance of the product.

Attention! Dew condensation may form inside the product if the unit is moved from a cold to a warm environment or after heating up the storage room. Wait a few hours for the internal components to warm up and dry before usage.
