Why is the displayed storage capacity lower than advertised?

The total capacity of 32 GB includes the operating system and system applications, which reduces the available user space. This difference is normal.

No sound comes from the tablet, what should I do?

Check that no headphones are plugged in (the speaker is then disabled). Make sure the volume is not on silent and is set high enough.

My Wi-Fi network does not appear in the list, how can I connect?

Enable Wi-Fi in settings. If the network is hidden (hidden SSID), go to Wi-Fi settings, tap the three dots, select 'Add network' and enter the SSID and password.

The tablet turns off by itself, what is the cause?

This usually happens when the battery reaches a critical level. Recharge the tablet as soon as the warning message appears to avoid a complete discharge.

The tablet does not turn on, what can I do?

Plug in the charger for at least 30 minutes, then try turning it on by holding the power button for 5 seconds.

How to free up storage space when internal memory is full?

Transfer media files (photos, videos) to a microSD card or computer, and uninstall unnecessary apps via Settings > Apps.

Can I install apps on an SD card?

No, apps are only installed on the tablet's internal memory. However, you can move some app data to the SD card if the option is available.

How to access files on a USB flash drive or memory card?

Use an OTG adapter for the USB drive. Insert the microSD card into the slot. A file manager (preinstalled or downloaded) allows you to browse folders.

How to reset the tablet to factory settings?

Go to Settings > Backup & reset > Factory data reset, then confirm. All data will be erased. You can also use Recovery mode (off, hold Volume - and Power).

Play Store apps are not downloading, why?

Make sure you are connected to the internet (Wi-Fi) and signed in to a Google account. Check that storage space is sufficient and that the Android version is compatible.
