To use the Miele@mobile app or Miele@home features such as SuperVision or time synchronisation, your Miele household appliance must be connected to your WiFi network. In these instructions you learn how to connect the following Miele appliances to a WiFi network using a smartphone or tablet (iOS

and Android™ systems): – Ovens and microwave combination ovens (H65xx/66xxBM/B/BP, H6760BP, H68xxBM/BMX/B/BP/BPX) – Steam ovens, steam ovens with mi- crowave and steam combination ovens (DG/DGM/DGC6500/66x0/68xx, DGC67xx, DGC68x0X) – Coffee machines (CVA6800, CVA6805) If you have the necessary expertise, it is also possible to configure the WiFi net- work for your Miele appliance via the sub menu "Miele@home", however, we recommend connecting via the app. Do not change the settings in the sub menu "Miele@home". You may no longer be able to connect your appliance to the WiFi network. If you have any questions, call Miele After-Sales Service. Make sure that the signal of your WiFi network is sufficiently strong in the place where you want to set up your appliance. The XKM 3100W module must be fitted. To connect via the app you will need: – a smartphone or tablet with installed Miele@mobile app – the name of your local WiFi network and its password – the serial number of your Miele appli- ance (you find it on the data plate; see the appliance's operating instruc- tions)en - Connecting a household appliance to the WiFi net- work via smartphone/tablet

Download the Miele@mobile app The operating system of your mobile device (smartphone/tablet) needs to be at least iOS 8

or Google Play™ for the app Miele@mobile. Download the app to your mobile device. Start the Miele@mobile app and set up a Miele user account. If you already have a Miele user ac- count, you can use these details to log on to the app. The logon process depends on the op- erating system of your smartphone or tablet. Integrating a household appli- ance via an iOS mobile device You have logged on to your user ac- count in the Miele@mobile app and your smartphone or tablet is using the WiFi network to which the household appliance is to be connected. Select "Start appliance sign on" in the app. Select "Add new Miele appliance". Select "Carry out WiFi connection via app". Fit the WiFi module to your house- hold appliance and switch it on. The communication module now sends a WiFi signal that is compatible with the appliance. Go to Settings on your iPhone

and open the WiFi settings. Select the network which starts with "Miele@home-". Enter the serial number of your household appliance as password leaving out the first "0". You can find the serial number on the data plate. Note that the first digit you enter must not be "0". Start with the following digit. If your serial number is for example "023423585" your pass- word will be "23423585". If a tick is shown before the selected "Miele@home-XXXXX-X", your iPhone/ iPad has connected successfully to your household appliance. Switch to the Miele@mobile app and select "Continue". Select your WiFi network and enter its password. Select "Continue". Your household appliance has now been connected to your home WiFi net- work.en - Connecting a household appliance to the WiFi net- work via smartphone/tablet

Then reconnect your smartphone or tablet to the home WiFi network. Go to Settings on your iPhone/iPad and select the WiFi network. The house WiFi network might already be selected. Switch back to the Miele@mobile app again and select "Continue". After a moment your household appli- ance will appear in the Miele@mobile app. Select "Start Miele@mobile" to use the features of the Miele@mobile app for your household appliance. Integrating a household appli- ance via an Android mobile device You have logged on to your user ac- count in the Miele@mobile app and your smartphone or tablet is using the WiFi network to which the household appliance is to be connected. Select "Add new Miele appliance" in the Miele@mobile app. Select "Enter WiFi password". Fit the WiFi module to your house- hold appliance and switch it on. Select "Continue" in the Miele@mobile app. Select your Miele appliance and then "Connect". Enter the serial number of your household appliance as password leaving out the first "0". You can find the serial number on the data plate. Note that the first digit you enter must not be "0". Start with the following digit. If your serial number is for example "023423585" your pass- word will be "23423585". Select your WiFi network in the Miele@mobile app and enter the re- spective password. Select "Con- nect".
