Pour 100 ml of water, place the bowl containing the food in the appliance using the basket, then press 'Food Warmer'. The temperature reaches 70°C in 10-15 minutes.

How to sterilize a bottle?

Pour 50 ml of water, place the bottle upside down on the basket, plug in and press 'Sterilization'. The temperature rises to 100°C and sterilization lasts 10 minutes, then the appliance shuts off automatically.

Can I use the bottle warmer without water?

No, the appliance must always contain water to function properly, especially for sterilization. Never run it dry.

How to clean the appliance?

Wipe the exterior with a clean, dry cloth only. For descaling, mix 200 ml of water with 100 ml of vinegar or 10 ml of citric acid, boil it in the appliance, then rinse.

Is the appliance BPA-free?

Yes, all accessories (bowl, basket, etc.) are made of BPA-free PP (polypropylene), compliant with European standards.

What to do if the appliance does not heat?

2. During the sterilization cycle the lid and the steriliser body are very hot. Do not touch hot surfaces.
3. Ensure the product is placed on a firm level surface when in use. Do not place on or near a hot gas or electric oven.
4. If the plug is damaged, please do not attempt to repair yourself; contact us to lead you to our technical service.
5. The product must contain water for the heating process to work correctly.
6. Never immerse the product in water and dry the product ONLY with a dry cloth after each use.
7. Keep away from babies and young children.
8. Please check that it is off and remove the plug after each use.
9. There must be strict compliance with the instructions. Our company can not be held responsible for any damage caused by improper use.
10. Extreme caution must be shown when moving an appliance containing hot water.
11. This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning the use of the appliance by a responsible person. Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.
12. If the supply cord is damaged, it must be repaired by our technical service person to avoid a hazard.

Maintenance

1. Clean only with a dry cloth. Do not use abrasive or anti-bacterial detergents.

2. If water scale appears after several use, pour 200ml clean water with 100ml vinegar or 10mg citric acid into the unit, connect the power to boil the water inside. When it is boiled unplug the unit then rinse and clean after the water is cooled down.

Disconnect the product from mains if a problem should occur. To reduce risk of electric shock, this product should ONLY be opened by an authorized technician when service is required.

Do not expose the product to water or moisture.

Pour 90ml clean water into the warmer.

Place the bottle with milk in the basket then put the basket into the warmer.

Connect to the power and press the warm milk button. The temperature will gradually rise. The LCD screen shows the inside temperature and the milk warming icon.

After the temperature reaches to 40^ C in approximately 5-10 minutes, an alarm will be heard and it will automatically keep the temperature at 40^ C constantly unless you turn off the warmer.

Please be careful of the hot steam when you open the lid and take out the bottle together with the basket.

To Heat Food

Place the bowl with food in the basket, then put into the warmer.

Connect to the power and pres the heat food buton. The temperature will gradually rise. The LCD screen shows the inside temperature and the food heating icon.

After the temperature reaches to 70°C in approximately 10-15 minutes, an alarm will be heard and it will automatically keep the temperature at 70°C constantly unless you turn off the warmer.

Please be careful of the hot steam when you open the lid and take out the bowl with the basket.

Sterilization

Pour 50 ml water into the warmer.

Place the bottle upside down in the basket, then put into the warmer.

Connect to the power and pres the sterilization buton. The temperature will reach to 100°C and it starts to sterilise. The LCD screen shows the inside temperature and the sterilization icon.

After the temperature reaches to 100^ , it will sterilise for 10 minutes. Then an alarm will be heard and it will automatically turn off.
After the sterilization process is finalised, open the lid carefully and take off the bottle with the basket. Please be careful of the hot steam.

2. This warranty does not cover defects caused by misuse, abuse, improper storage or alteration of the product, use of improper components, failure to comply with the operating instructions and normal wear and tear.
