BABYBJÖRN High Chair is an ergonomic and safe high chair. The High Chair has a unique design and a safety solution that holds the child in place, with a two-step lock that can only be opened by an adult. It has an adjustable table that also works as a safety lock, making it harder for the child to stand up in the chair. BABYBJÖRN High Chair can be used when your child can sit unaided and he or she is between 6 months and approx. 3 years (max. 95 cm tall).

Please read these instructions carefully before you start using BABYBJÖRN High Chair.

USERINSTRUCTIONS

LOCKED "IN-USE" POSITION OPEN POSITION TRANSPORT POSITION

SETTING UP THE HIGH CHAIR

1. Push the legs in, one at a time.
Make sure that the pin snaps into place in the hole.
2. Fold out the legs until they lock into position. You should hear a click. Turn the high chair over and make sure that every part of the red panel ("LOCKED") is fully visible on the leg lock.
3. Fold down the safety table until it locks into the locked "in-use" position.

COLLAPSING THE HIGH CHAIR

Please note!

The safety table must be in its furthest out position before it can be fully collapsed. Adjust the position by holding the red adjustment button on the underside and pulling the safety table inwards or outwards.

1. Start with the safety table in its locked "in-use" position.

2. Push in the adjuster button under the safety table and then pull the fold locks outwards. Fold up the safety table as far as it will go.

3. Press the leg locks together so that the legs can be collapsed.

REMOVING THE HIGH CHAIR LEGS

Push the pin in and pull the chair legs out, one at a time.

Important!

Remember to hold the child securely at all times when putting the child into the chair or taking him or her out of it.

1. Push in the safety lock first, and then turn the knob so that the safety table falls down into the open position.

2. Put the child in the high chair. Hold the child securely at all times and make sure his or her feet and legs are correctly positioned.

Important!

Remember that the safety table must always be in the locked "in-use" position when the child is sitting in the high chair.

Close the safety table and lock it into position by pushing in the safety lock and turning the knob. Make sure that the safety table is in the locked "in-use" position before letting go of the child.

Hold the child securely and open the safety table by pushing in the safety lock and turning the knob.

The safety table has three positions. You can adjust the position by holding the red adjustment button on the underside and pulling the safety table inwards or outwards.
Important! The safety table is designed to hold the child securely in the chair. Adjust it so that it sits snugly against the child.

Pull outwards on the tray's white handles and lift the tray off for cleaning. The detachable tray can be washed by hand or in a dishwasher.

WARNING!

FALL HAZARD!

• Never leave the child unattended.
  Always adjust the safety table snugly against the child to prevent the child from climbing out of the high chair.
• Hold the child securely at all times when putting the child into the chair or taking him or her out of it. Make sure that the safety table is in the locked "in-use" position before you let go of the child.

• The high chair is not a toy. Never let children play with the chair or use it by themselves.

• The child must not sit in the high chair when the safety table is in the open position.

• Never attempt to move the high chair while the child is still in the chair.
  The high chair should be placed on a level, horizontal floor. To avoid the risk of the high chair tipping over, make sure that the chair's feet can slide on the floor.
• Do not use the high chair unless all components are correctly fitted and adjusted.
• Be aware of the risk of open fire and other sources of strong heat, such as electric bar fires, gas fires etc., in the vicinity of the high chair.
• To avoid the risk of pinching, ensure that the child is wearing - at a minimum - a diaper or trousers when sitting in the high chair.
• Never push down on the safety table - doing so risks pinching the knees of larger children.
• Do not use the high chair until the child can sit up unaided.
• Do not use the high chair if any component is broken or missing.

CLEANING

Wipe the high chair using a clean, moist cloth. The detachable tray can be washed by hand or in a dishwasher.
