How to clean the fat collecting tray?

Instructions for use

Before use:

• Before using the product for the first time, clean the non-slip plate with a soft cloth dampened with water. Connect the plug to your electrical socket and set the temperature selector to the desired position.
  Set the thermostat to the desired temperature. The pilot light will come on, indicating that the appliance is in the process of heating up.
  Wait until the pilot has gone out, indicating that the appliance has reached the ideal temperature.
  Work with the food you want to process.
  Carefully place the food to be roasted on the grill. When the food is cooked to your taste, remove it from the appliance using a wooden spatula or similar utensil.

Once you have finished using the appliance:

- Select the minimum position (MIN) using the thermostat control.

Cleaning

• Disconnect the appliance from the mains and let it cool before undertaking any cleaning task.
  -Remove the temperature selector from its location with the connector before any cleaning operation.
• Clean the equipment with a damp cloth with a few drops of washing-up liquid and then dry.
• Do not use solvents, or products with an acid or base pH such as bleach, or abrasive products, for cleaning the appliance.
• Do not submerge the appliance in water or any other liquid, or place it under a running tap.

Drip tray:

• Pour away the contents of the tray.
