SAFETY WARNINGS -These instructions are very important. Please read this instructions manual carefully before using the appliance and keep it at hand to refer to it at any time. -JOCCA declines any responsibility for the improper use of the product, or any other use that is not described in this manual. -Before using the product for the first time, unpack the product and check that it is in perfect conditions. If not, do not use the appliance and contact JOCCA, as the guarantee covers any damage from origin or manufacturing defects. -This product is only indicated for domestic use. Do not use the appliance outdoors. Never leave the appliance exposed to climatic agents such as rain, snow, sun, etc., which can damage its operation. -Before connecting the appliance to the mains, check that the cable and plug are in perfect conditions. Also check that the voltage indicated on the appliance is valid for your electrical installation. -Do not use any metal tools as these may damage the nostick coating. -This appliance can be used by children of 8 and more years old as well as by disable people, people with reduced sensorial o mental capacities, people with lack of experience and knowledge, if the appropriate supervision and instruction of use was provided them in reliable way and they understand danger it entails. The cleaning and maintenance allow to be realized by the user, must no be realized by the children, only - in case they are more than 8 years old and only under supervision. -Keep the appliance and its cable out of reach of the children younger 8 years old. -Children should be supervised to ensure they do not play with the device. -If you detect that the power supply cable or the plug are damaged, do not use the appliance or try to replace the cable yourself. Go directly to the authorised JOCCA technical service where they will replace it correctly for you. -Do not let the power supply cable touch or come near the hot parts of the appliance. -Do not immerse the appliance or any part of it in water or any other liquid. -Do not pull the cable to unplug the appliance from the mains, always pull from the plug. -If your appliance has been dropped or fallen into water or any other liquid do not use it or try to repair it. Take it to the JOCCA technical service. -Do not move the appliance when it is in use, or touch the hot parts of the appliance, as this may cause damage and burns. -Never leave the appliance cable hanging or in contact with hotparts. -For your safety and for the appliance to work correctly, always use JOCCA spare parts and accessories. -If the surface is broken, turn off the device to avoid the possibility of electric shock. -Use the appliance on a flat, smooth and horizontal surface that can support high temperatures. CAUTION: Always use a mat to prevent heat may damage any delicate surface. -Do not leave the appliance on top of or near a hot electrical or gas burner. -Leave sufficient space above and around the appliance for the 14-EN EN-15air to circulate correctly. -Do not let the appliance come into contact with curtains, wallpaper, dishcloths or other inflammable materials when it is in use. -Do not use any other connector than the one supplied with the product. -We dissuade the use of adapters, plugs and / or extension cables. If the above mentioned elements were indispensable, use only simple or multiple adapters and extension cables that respect the in force procedure of safety, taking care in not exceeding the limit of power indicated in the adapter and / or and the extension cable. -Do not use the device with a timer or a remote system separately and do not leave it unattended.
WARNING: This device is hot during operation and retains heat
during some time after finishing cooking. Always wear heat- resistant gloves when handling hot materials and allow metal parts to cool before cleaning. Do not place anything on top of the device while it is operating or still hot.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
-Before using the appliance for the first time clean the plates with a damp cloth and leave to dry. -Before baking cupcakes, rub a little oil on both top and bottom plates of the device. This helps remove the cupcakes after baking. -Plug in the device. Red light will switch on while the device is heated. NOTE: When the device is heated for the first time, it can produce a slight smoke or odor. It is normal and should disappear after 1 or 2 uses. This does not affect the safety of the device. However, as it can affect the taste of the first cupcakes, it is recommended that they be discarded, or let the device operating empty for a few minutes. -In about 2 or 3 minutes, the device is preheated and ready for use. Green light will switch on then. -Place the cupcakes dough cupcakes in each of the moulds. NOTE: Do not overfill the moulds of the device, as the dough increases in volume when cooked. Fill the maximum 2/3 of the capacity of the mould. -Close the device: put down the lid of the device helping with the handle. -Let the dough cook for about 5 minutes approximately. -At the end of the cooking time, use the handle to open the top lid. If necessary, shut it down again and continue cooking for a few seconds until the cupcakes are cooked to your preference. NOTE: Cooking time will vary according to a recipe. TIP: Check for doneness by inserting a dry toothpick in the center of the cupcake. If it comes out dry, the cupcake is ready. -Remove the cupcakes from the baking plate with nonmetallic utensil. -When baking is completed, unplug the power cord from the mains.
CLEANING AND STORAGE
-Before cleaning the appliance, make sure it has been disconnected from the mains. -Leave the appliance to cool down before cleaning it. -Never use abrasive detergents or products that can damage the machine. -NEVER SUBMERGE THE MACHINE IN WATER OR ANY OTHERLIQUID. -Do not place the device, the cooking plate or the connector under running water. -The device is not suitable for dishwasher. -Clean the device outside with a paper towel or slightly moistened cleaning cloth if necessary. -To clean the molds and cooking plates, use a paper towel or soft cloth.

For the cupcakes: -60 g/2 oz caster sugar -60 g/2 oz unsalted butter, softened -1 egg -2 tsp vanilla extract -60 g/2 oz self raising flour For the frosting: -60 g/2 oz white chocolate -100 g/3.5 oz mascarpone, room temperature -1 tsp vanilla extract METHOD
1. In a bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until pale. Add the egg and vanilla
extract, and beat until thoroughly combined.
2. Sift the flour into the bowl and fold into the mixture until almost smooth.

until thoroughly combined.

3. Fold in the chocolate and chopped raspberries. Bake for 5 to 6 minutes. When the
cakes are ready, turn them out onto a wire rack to cool.
4. Whilst the cakes are cooling, begin to make the frosting by melting the chocolate
in a bowl over a pan of gently simmering water. Stir until the chocolate has melted smoothly.
5. Remove the bowl from the heat and let the chocolate cool slightly. Beat the butter
in a large bowl until soft. Add half of the icing sugar and beat until smooth.
6. Add the remaining icing sugar, cooled white chocolate and milk and beat until

orange extract and beat until thoroughly combined.
2. Sift the flour and cocoa into the bowl and fold into the mixture until almost
smooth. Fold in the dark chocolate.
3. Line the cupcake holes with cake cases and spoon the mixture equally between
them. Bake for 5 to 6 minutes. When the cakes are ready, turn them out onto a wire rack to cool.

the mixture equally between them. Bake for 5 to 6 minutes. When the cakes are ready, turn them out onto a wire rack to cool.
