To assure proper processing only introduce two small cloves or one large clove at a time. The Garlic Cutter is also suitable for cutting ginger, chillies or small radishes.
3. Cleaning
The Garlic Cutter can be completely disassembled for cleaning.
All components can be cleaned in the dishwasher if necessary. However, we recommend cleaning under running water with a drop of washing up liquid for both the ring and blade assembly to safeguard lasting sharpness of the cutting components.
Disassembly of the garlic receptacle and removal of the blade assembly
Lift out the garlic receptacle from the lower casing. The blade assembly remains attached to the garlic receptacle. The two components can be separated by pressing on the two lateral clips.
