How to use the accessories
Fill the ice-matics with water and put them in
place. Your ice will be ready in about two hours.
You needn’t take the ice-matic out in order to
get ice; just turn it 90° to the right, and the ice
will drop into the ice-bowl below. Then take
out the ice-bowl to serve the ice. If you wish,
you can leave the ice in the bowl for a while
Attention! The ice-bowl is only meant for
collecting ice. If you put water in, it will break.

You can use the adjustable bottle racks by
moving them right and left. You can also move
them one into another so you don’t have any
Fresh zone/ Second layer crisper
You can use these compartments in two
alternatives by setting the plastic slider
• Usage as fresh zone compartment
If you push down the plastic sliders at the right
and left bottom corners as shown in the Fig.11,
the cold air flows into compartment. So this
compartment will become fresh zone

in order to put frozen food that you want to
melt and to put food before freezing

compartment alternative
If you push the plastic sliders up, the
compartment can be used as a crisper.
-Any of the two compartments can be used as
second layer crisper while the other is adjusted
to fresh zone compartment.
- If you have adjusted the compartment at right
or left as fresh zone compartment, you can not
slide it to right or left. If you slide it, since it
becomes far away from the air channel,
required coldness can not be achieved in this
WARNING! Load food into fresh zone

to your selection. Otherwise your food may
face extra cooling or insufficient cooling.
You can also move fresh zone compartment/

Crisper humidity controls
This feature is designed to keep your
vegetables fresh, without losing moisture
(Fig. 12). For this purpose, cold air circulates
around the crisper. The amount of cold air
passing out of the crisper can be regulated
with the controls found on the front of its cover.
You may set the humidity-control knob to the
position appropriate to the degree of moisture
and coldness of the foodstuffs inside. If you
want these to cool further, set the control to
“Open”, if you want them to cool less but retain
their moisture for a long period, set it to
“Closed”. Positions in between allow you to
regulate cooling and moisture-retention as
The odor filter on top of your fresh food
compartment prevents formation of bad smell
To clean the odor filter, remove the plastic
cover and leave the filter under sun light for
a day. Filter will be cleaned during this period.
Fit the filter back to its place (Fig. 13). Perform
this operation once a year.
The fridge compartment is for the short-term
storage of fresh food and drinks.

Please choose the setting according to the
desired temperature.
The interior temperature also depends on
ambient temperature, the frequency with which
the door is opened and the amount of food
Frequently opening the door causes the interior
temperature to rise.
For this reason, it is recommended to close
the door again as soon as possible after use.
The normal storage temperature of your
appliance should be -18 °C (0 °F). If the
thermostat knob is turned counter clockwise
from position 1, the appliance will be switched
off and “click” sound will be heard. Lower
temperatures can be obtained by adjusting
the thermostat knob towards Position 4.
We recommend checking the temperature
with a thermometer to ensure that the storage
compartments are kept to the desired
temperature. Remember to take the reading
immediately since the thermometer
temperature will rise very rapidly after you
remove it from the freezer.
Setting the operating
The operating temperature is regulated by the
temperature control.
The freezing area is marked with
You can use the appliance for freezing fresh
food as well as for storing pre-frozen food
Please refer to the recommendations given
on the packaging of your food.
Do not freeze fizzy drinks, as the bottle may
burst when the liquid in it is frozen.

Do not exceed the freezing capacity of your
appliance in 24 hours. See the rating label.
In order to maintain the quality of the food, the
freezing must be effected as rapidly as possible.
Thus, the freezing capacity will not be
exceeded, and the temperature inside the
freezer will not rise.
Keep the already deep-frozen food always
separated with freshly placed food.
When deep-freezing hot food, the cooling
compressor will work until the food is completely
frozen. This can temporarily cause excessive
cooling of the refrigeration compartment.
If you find the freezer door difficult to open just
after you have closed it, don’t worry. This is
due to the pressure difference which will
equalize and allow the door to open normally
after a few minutes.
You will hear a vacuum sound just after closing
the door. This is quite normal.
Defrosting of the appliance
The appliance is a frost free refrigerator.
So there will not be any frost accumulation
inside the food storage area.
However there will be an automatic defrost at
the evaporation area of the appliance when it
is required. The water is collected into a
reservoir at the back of the appliance and
evaporates automatically through the
Ensure that the reservoir is fixed properly
above the compressor.en en
Interior and Exterior Surfaces
Always unplug the power cable or switch
off the circuit breaker before cleaning.

long period of time, unplug the power cable
and remove all food. Clean the appliance and

you can polish the exterior and the door
accessories with a silicone wax.
Clean the condenser at the back of the
appliance once a year using a brush or a
vacuum cleaner. Dust build-up leads to
increased energy consumption.
Inspect the door gasket at regular intervals.
Clean with water only, and wipe totally dry.
Cleaning of the accessories
Remove all food from the door shelves.
Lift the cover of the shelf upwards and pull it
Remove the bottom of the door shelf by
Collecting container (Pan):
Make sure that the pan at the back of the
appliance is always clean.
Gently release the snap of the pan from the
compressor by pushing it using a tool (like
screwdriver), so that the pan can be removed.
Lift the pan, clean it and wipe it dry.
Re-assemble in reverse order.
To clean a drawer, pull it out as far as possible,
tilt it upwards and then pull it out completely.

Normal operating noises
Various functional noises are completely
normal due to the operation of the cooling
system of your appliance;
• Gurgling, hissing, boiling or bubbling noises
are caused by the refrigerant, circulating inside
the cooling system. These noises can still be

are caused by the expansion and contraction
of the inside walls or some components inside

noises make sure that;
• Your refrigerator is standing level on all four
• Your refrigerator is not in contact with the
walls, surrounding objects or kitchen cabinets
• Cans, bottles or dishes inside the refrigerator
are not touching and hitting each other.
• All shelves and bins are mounted correctly
inside the refrigerator cabinets and doors.en en
