Place the lid (No.2) on the body (No.5) and insert the pins into the hinges, then the axle pins. Mount the leg (No.7) into the base (No.8) with the screw. Fix the body onto the leg. Position the fat tray and the cooking plate. Deploy the side tables. Finally, screw on the thermostat handle (No.9) and insert the thermostat (No.4) into the hole.

Can the BQ2812 barbecue be used indoors?

No, this barbecue is designed for outdoor use only. Do not use it indoors or in an enclosed space.

How to adjust the temperature on the BQ2812 model?

Turn the thermostat (No.4) to the desired position between MIN and MAX. The MAX position is recommended for searing meat. The red indicator light turns on and off to indicate constant temperature maintenance.

What to do if the barbecue emits smoke or odor during first use?

This is normal. During first use, the appliance may emit some smoke and odor due to burning off manufacturing residues. This phenomenon disappears after a few minutes of use.

How to clean the cooking plate of the BQ2812?

Operation and maintenance

Remove all packaging of the device.

Check if the voltage of the appliance corresponds to the main voltage of your home.

Rated voltage : AC220-240V 50Hz.

Place the device on a flat stable surface and ensure a minimum of 10 cm. free space around the device. This device is not suitable for installation in a cabinet and only for outside use.

Before first use

Place the lid (No. 2) on the grill tray (No. 5) and slide the two pins through the hinge holes. Mount the split pins in the pins.

Place the leg (No. 7) in the foot (No. 8) and secure with the screw.

Mount the grill tray (No. 5) on the foot (7). Place the grease tray in the grill tray and place the grill plate (No. 3) on the grill tray.

The side tables (No. 6) can be extended, attach the side tables with the handles to the grill tray.

Mount the thermostat holder (no. 9) with the provided screws under the notch in the grill bowl.

Push the thermostat (No. 4) in the notch of the grill bowl (No. 3) and the thermostat holder. Make sure it locks firmly in place. The thermostat is equipped with a safety switch which ensures that the device will not turn on when the thermostat holder (No. 9) is not properly attached.

Use

Fill the grease tray with a thin layer of water, for easy cleaning after use. Water should be added in good time, while ensuring that it does not come into contact with the heating element. Plug into a grounded outlet and turn the thermostat (No. 4) at the highest setting. The red light comes on.

During the first use may be some smoke and smell created. This is normal for new heating elements and will disappear after a short time.

Use the thermostat (No. 4) to the desired position between MIN and MAX. To sear meat quickly select the highest setting, the MAX position. For the quiet thread of meat and other dishes select a lower setting.

The thermostat regulates a constant temperature. During grilling the light comes on and off, this is normal, the temperature will be constantly adjusted.

The lid (No. 2) can be closed for better circulation of heat for grilling large food. The cover can also be used as a wind shield.

Attention! The unit is very hot, do not touch. Always open the lid with the handle (No 1).

Always use tools for turning the food on the grill (No. 3), to lay out and to take off. Do not use in rainy weather.

Cleaning

Remove the plug from the socket and allow all parts to cool down.

Soak the grill plate (No. 3) in warm soapy water and remove the remains with a dishwashing brush. The grill plate is not dishwasher safe.

Empty the drip tray after each use and then clean in warm soapy water.

Never use harsh and abrasive cleaners, steel wool or a scouring pad as this will damage the device.

It is important to store the materials in a dry and secure indoor environment to prevent damage.
