How to clean the grill plate after use?

Unplug the appliance and let it cool completely. Clean the plate with a mild detergent and a damp cloth. Never use abrasive sponges or steel wool to avoid damaging the non-stick coating. The plate is not dishwasher safe.

Can I use metal utensils on the plate?

No, never use sharp or metal objects as they will damage the non-stick layer. Always use a wooden or heat-resistant plastic spoon.

What should I do if the appliance emits smoke and odor during first use?

This is normal. Heat the appliance at maximum temperature (position 5) for at least 10 minutes without food in a well-ventilated area. Place it on a mat to protect the table. The odor and smoke will disappear after the first use.

How to adjust the cooking temperature?

Turn the thermostat clockwise to increase the temperature. The positions range from 1 (110°C) to 5 (280°C). The indicator light flashes when the constant temperature is maintained. For a lower temperature, turn left.

Operation and maintenance

Remove all the package of the device.

Check if the voltage of the appliance corresponds to the main voltage of your home.

Rated voltage : AC220-240V 50Hz

Before first use

Clean the grese tray (No. 3) in warm soapy water. Rinse and dry thoroughly

Immerse the grill plate (No. 2) and thermostat (No. 4) never in water or other liquid and they are not dishwasherproof. Clean the grill plate (No. 2) with a damp cloth.

Place the supplied thermostat (No. 4) in the connection of the thermostat.

Turn the thermostat (No. 4) clockwise to the highest setting and allow the device heating at least 10 minutes without food, the device can smell and spread some smoke, this is normal.

Place the device in a well ventilated space and on a mat to prevent damage to the table.

The device is ready for use.

With the knob of the thermostat (No. 4), the desired temperature.

The thermostat regulates a constant temperature. During cooking the indicator light (No. 5) on and off, this is normal, the temperature is always constant adjusted. Never use sharp objects on the grill plate, this will damage the anti-stick coating.

Cleaning the unit

Before cleaning the unit unplug it from the walloutlet and wait cleaning until the device has cooled down completely. Never pour cold water on a hot plate (No. 2), this could damage the device and can cause splashing hot water. Clean the grill with a mild detergent and a damp cloth.

Never use harsh and abrasive cleaners, steel wool or a scouring pad as this will damage the anti-stick coating. Never immerse the unit and the thermostat (No. 4) in water or other liquid.
