Operation and maintenance

Remove all the package of the device.

Check if the voltage of the appliance corresponds to the main voltage of your home.

Rated voltage : AC220-240V 50Hz

Before first use

Clean the grese tray (No. 3) in warm soapy water. Rinse and dry thoroughly

Immerse the grill plate (No. 2) and thermostat (No. 4) never in water or other liquid and they are not dishwasherproof. Clean the grill plate (No. 2) with a damp cloth.

Place the supplied thermostat (No. 4) in the connection of the thermostat.

Turn the thermostat (No. 4) clockwise to the highest setting and allow the device heating at least 10 minutes without food, the device can smell and spread some smoke, this is normal.

Place the device in a well ventilated space and on a mat to prevent damage to the table.

The device is ready for use.

Use

With the knob of the thermostat (No. 4), the desired temperature.

Turn the knob for a lower setting to the left.

The thermostat regulates a constant temperature. During cooking the indicator light (No. 5) on and off, this is normal, the temperature is always constant adjusted. Never use sharp objects on the grill plate, this will damage the anti-stick coating.

Cleaning the unit

Before cleaning the unit unplug it from the walloutlet and wait cleaning until the device has cooled down completely. Never pour cold water on a hot plate (No. 2), this could damage the device and can cause splashing hot water. Clean the grill with a mild detergent and a damp cloth.

Never use harsh and abrasive cleaners, steel wool or a scouring pad as this will damage the anti-stick coating. Never immerse the unit and the thermostat (No. 4) in water or other liquid.

The device is very hot, do not touch.

Move the appliance with the handles. Never use sharp objects on the plate, it will damage the anti-stick coating. Always use a wooden spoon or heat resistant plastic.

IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS

- To protect against electric shock, do not immerse cord, plug or appliance in water or any other liquid.

- Do not let cord hang over edge of table or counter, or touch hot surfaces or come into contact with the hot parts or allow the product to be situated underneath or close to curtains, window coverings etc.

Guarantee

- The device supplied by our Company is covered by 24 month guarantee starting on the date of purchase (receipt).

- During the life of the guarantee any fault of the device or its accessories to material or manufacturing defects will be eliminated free of charge by repairing or, at our discretion, by replacing it. The guarantee services do not entail an extension of the life of the guarantee nor do they give rise to any right to a new guarantee!

- Proof of the guarantee is provided by the proof of purchase. Without proof of purchase no free replacement or repair will be carried out.

• If you wish to make a claim under the guarantee please return the entire machine in the original packaging to your dealer together with the receipt.
• Damage to accessories does not mean automatic free replacement of the whole machine. In such cases please contact our hotline. Broken glass or breakage of plastic parts are always subject to a charge.
• Defects to consumables or parts subject to wearing, as well as cleaning, maintenance or the replacement of said parts are not covered by the guarantee and hence are to be paid!
• The guarantee lapses in case of unauthorized tampering.
• After the expiry of the guarantee repairs can be carried by the competent dealer or repair service against the payment of the ensuing costs.
