Position of the rating plate Rating label with model number and operating voltage can be found on the back or bottom of the product or under the easy to remove speaker protection cover. Disposal The crossed-out wheeled bin symbol on the product indicates that electrical and electronic equipment incl. cables must be disposed of separately from household waste at the end of their service life. You can return your old device for free at a col- lection point for the recycling of electrical equipment and, or at your dealer, if you buy a similar new device. Used batteries should not be disposed of in household waste. Replaceable batteries must be taken out of the device before disposal. Dispose of used bat- teries free of charge in the col- lection containers set up at the dealer or at the public collection points. By helping to properly dispose of this product, you are protecting the environment and the health of your fellow human beings. Improper or incorrect dispos- al endangers the environment andhealth. To reduce the risk of fire, do not cover this product with newspa- pers, tablecloths, curtains, etc. during use. 13 Environment Do not use it in dusty, humid, dry. and high-temperature en- vironment. 14 Â\Thunderstorm The device should be discon- nected from the charging ap- pliance (USB charger) during thunderstorms. 15 Battery care If you do not use the product for a long time, be sure to charge it at least once a month to main- tain its performance. english
16 Rechargeable batteries Rechargeable batteries are ex- pendable parts and are there- fore not covered by the warranty. Defective rechargeable batteries can not be replaced by the cus- tomer. In the case of rechargea- ble battery defects, please con- tact your local dealer. For information on how to re- move the battery, scan the QR code shown below: Dr0) ne. ' E ATTENTION: incorrect insertion (voltage reversal/short circuit) of the lithium-ion rechargeable batteries causes a risk of ex- plosion. Replace rechargeable batteries only with an identical or similar type. 17 Charging If an external charger or power supply is required for operation, carefully check the technical requirements on the connector plate or separate instruction sheet to avoid overheating or damage to the product or adap- tor. 18 Damages requiring repair Maintenance and repair work should only be carried out by a qualified customer service. Maintenance/repair is required ifthe device has been damaged, if liquid has entered the device, if objects have entered the de- vice or when it stops working properly. 19 Automatic energy saving function The device is equipped with an automatic energy saving func- tion. This power-saving function puts the unit into stand-by mode when the unit is muted or play- back is paused for an extended period of time. 110 IPX6 water protection This device has IPX6 protection, which means that strong water jets willnot have harmful effects onit. For this protection to be effec- tive, no external devices may be connected to the speaker via cables (such as phone via audio cable or charger via USB cable) and _connector compartment must be firmly sealed.
