Handling of Batteries

• Batteries can leak battery acid. If the appliance is not in use for a long period of time, remove the batteries.
• In case of battery leakage, make sure not to rub the liquid into your eyes or mucous membranes. In case of contact, wash your hands and rinse your eyes with clear water. Seek medical attention if any discomfort persists.
• Different battery types or new and used batteries must not be used together.
• Batteries are not to be disposed of together with domestic wastes. Disposse of the used batteries at the relevant collection bin or at your dealer's.

Inserting the Batteries

(Batteries not included)

1. Unscrew and remove the battery compartment cover.
2. Insert 2 type AA/R6 batteries into the battery compartment, observing correct polarity. Refer to the markings in the battery compartment.
3. Close the cover. Pay attention to the symbols on both of the cover and the appliance. Ensure that the symbols! and - are aligned when refitting the cover. Then turn the cover towards . The symbols and ! must be aligned.

Operation

WARNING:

• Users with sensitive skin might experience irritation/swelling of the skin. Test the appliance at an insignificant area of your body such as the underside of your arm before using it on the skin for the first time.
• Do not use the device in direct proximity of your eyes. The skin there is thinner and more sensitive.
• In order to avoid injury, do not apply too much force when using the attachments on your skin.

CAUTION:

Prevent moisture from getting inside the drive shaft! Apply cleaning and care products directly onto the skin and not onto the attachments.

• If you would like to change the cleansing brush, you first have to switch off the appliance via the ① button. Slide off the attachment and then mount the desired attachment to the drive shaft until it locks into place.

• First clean your face as usual.

• Use the ① button to switch on the appliance.

NOTE:

The appliance features two power settings. Press the button to change between the speed settings.

Setting 1 = minimum power

Setting 2 = maximum power

1. Apply to your face with circular, steady movements.
2. Switch the appliance off to finish operation.

Cleaning

CAUTION:

• Do not immerse the appliance in water: the electronic components can be damaged.
• Do not use a wire brush or any abrasive items.
• Do not use any acidic or abrasive detergents.

Always switch off the device before cleaning. Remove the batteries.
- Clean the attachments under running warm water after each use.
- Clean the device with a slightly moist cloth. Make sure that no humidity or waters seeps into the appliance!
- Dry the device well after cleaning with a dry and soft cloth.
