Frequently Asked Questions - NC ANNA

How to clean the filter of my ANNA NC heater?
Unplug the device. Remove the filter from the intake grille and wash it with water or clean it with a vacuum cleaner. Let it dry completely before putting it back.
Why does my heater stop automatically?
The heater is equipped with a thermostat and a thermal cut-out. If the ambient temperature reaches the thermostat setting or if the device overheats, it stops. Once cooled down, it restarts automatically.
Can I use an extension cord with this heater?
No, it is not recommended to use an extension cord. Plug the device directly into a wall socket installed by a professional.
Which power should I use to heat a room?
The heater offers two levels: 2000 W (full power) and 1200 W (reduced power). Use maximum power for quick heating, then reduce to maintain the temperature.
Can I use this heater in a bathroom?
No, do not place the device near a bathtub, shower, or pool. It is not protected against water splashes.
How to adjust the thermostat?
Turn the thermostat to the left (sun symbol) for maximum temperature, to the right (cold symbol) for minimum. The device automatically maintains the set temperature.
What to do if the device does not turn on?
Check that the wall socket is working, that the power cord is not damaged, and that the on/off button is pressed. If the problem persists, contact a professional.
Can I cover the heater?
No, never cover the device to avoid overheating. The air outlet grille reaches high temperatures and must not be obstructed.
What is the recommended area for use?
The device should not be used in rooms smaller than 4 m². Place it away from walls and objects to ensure good air circulation.
How to maintain the device?
Unplug it before any cleaning. Clean the casing with a damp cloth and dry it. Wash the filter regularly. Never immerse the device in water.
