What types of discs can I play on the IVA-D100RB?

You can play DVD video, DVD audio, DVD-VR (recorded in video mode), CD video, CD audio, as well as CD-R/RW containing MP3 or WMA files. DVD-ROM, DVD-RAM, CD-ROM (other than MP3/WMA) and DualDisc are not compatible.

How to activate traffic information (TA)?

Press the rotary TA/MODE button to activate TA mode. The TA indicator lights up. When the station broadcasts traffic information, it is automatically played. To skip a message, briefly press the same button.

Why does my screen display 'CAN'T OPERATE WHILE DRIVING'?

This safety feature prevents certain operations (such as advanced audio settings or video viewing) while driving. Stop the vehicle in a safe place and engage the parking brake to perform them.

How to connect an iPod to the car stereo?

You need to use the optional KCA-420i adapter (Ai-NET connection). Once connected, select the iPod source via the selection screen. You can browse by artist, album, or playlist.

What to do if a disc does not load or displays 'DISC ERROR'?

Check that the disc is inserted with the label facing up. Clean the disc from the center outward. If the error persists, press the RESET button with a pointed object (pen) located behind the front panel, on the left side of the connector.

How to memorize a radio station?

Tune to the desired station, then press the PAGE1/2 button to display preset buttons. Press and hold one of the [P-1] to [P-6] buttons for at least 2 seconds to store. You can store 6 stations per band (FM1, FM2, FM3, MW, LW).

Can I connect an external amplifier or subwoofer?

Yes, the unit has RCA outputs for front, rear speakers and a subwoofer. Use RCA cables to connect an external amplifier. The remote power-on wire (blue/white) allows automatic on/off control of the amp.

How to adjust the monitor angle?

Open the monitor with the OPEN button, then press FLAT to lay it flat. To adjust the angle, go to the Monitor adjustment menu (page 29 of the manual). The angle is stored even if the battery is disconnected.

What does the PulseTouch function mean?

PulseTouch is a tactile technology that produces a slight vibration when you touch a key on the screen, confirming the touch area. This allows safer use without taking your eyes off the road.

How to use the GlideTouch bar?

The GlideTouch bar is a touch-sensitive area at the bottom of the screen. Slide your finger left or right to go to the previous/next chapter/track. Depending on the mode, it also allows scrolling through lists or performing quick searches.
