How to recharge the UP24 bracelet?

Remove the cap, plug the 2.5 mm charging cable into the bracelet, then connect the USB cable to a powered computer port. Charging time is about 80 minutes. The sun light flashes during charging and stays on once charging is complete.

What are the different modes of the UP24 bracelet?

The bracelet has four modes: Awake (default mode), Sleep (records sleep quality), Timer (tracks a specific activity) and Power Nap (sets optimal duration and wakes you with vibrations). To switch between modes, use the mode button.

How to sync the bracelet with my iPhone?

Make sure Bluetooth is turned on on your iPhone. Open the UP app and press the button on the bracelet. Syncing occurs automatically every 20 minutes in the background or every minute if the app is open.

What do the status lights (sun and moon) mean?

The sun indicates Awake or Timer mode, the moon indicates Sleep or Power Nap mode. They flash when changing modes or to signal low battery (5 flashes). During charging, the sun flashes; once charged, it stays on.

Is the UP24 bracelet waterproof?

No, the bracelet is splash resistant but not waterproof. It should not be worn in the shower, bath, pool, or sauna.

How to perform a reset of the bracelet?

Plug the bracelet into the charging cable without connecting it to a power source. Hold down the mode button while plugging the charger into a USB port. Release the button when the lights flash. Then fully charge the bracelet.

What is the battery life?

Battery life is about 7 days with normal use. The bracelet alerts you when the battery reaches 10% and 5% with vibrations and flashes.

How to track my sleep with the bracelet?

In Sleep mode (hold down the button until the moon flashes), the bracelet records duration and quality (light/deep sleep). Data is visible in the app after syncing.

Can I use the bracelet with an Android device?

No, the UP24 bracelet is only compatible with iOS devices (iPhone, iPad, iPod touch) via Bluetooth LE.

What if the bracelet does not sync?

Check that Bluetooth is turned on on your iPhone. Turn Bluetooth off and on again. Close the UP app (double press the Home button, swipe up) and reopen it. If the problem persists, perform a soft reset of the bracelet.

• Your band is rain, splash and sweat resistant, but please do not use the water. Use a swimmer to get the swimming soaking in the bathtub and deep sea diving.
• Use only dry cloth or paper to clean your UP24 band. Do not use any wet cleaners to clean your UP24 band.
• Do not expose your UP24 band to extremely high or low temperatures.
• Do not bring your UP24 band into contact with any sharp objects. This could cause scratches and damage.

• Do not attempt to repair, modify, or disassemble your equipment. If you are unable to repair the available components and doing so will void the warranty.

• Use only the supplied USB cable to charge the UP24 band with USB compliant ports.
